Special thanks to my older sister who provided the voice of Srajo in this video.

Imo i feel that she is talking about ozen not showing exactly how strong she is and that ozen is stronger than nishigora. Her asking reg how far ozen went indicated to me that ozen was alot strong er and held back

In 5:13 Srajo talks about taking "The release stance" and later we see that the form activated by a white whisle that relics take is the release form, stated by nishigora. This means that multiple relics can be activated by a white whisle at the same time and other than Nishigora, some other of Srajo's companions are probably relics or atleast can use the white whisle's powers.
And I dunno why Sherumi and Manae look like the twins form that bonus chapter lol

Thanks for doing these! I don't have time to read the Manga but I enjoy listening to your breakdowns while at work!

a note about "beast form juusou", beast form is more of a translators note of what juusou means, kind of like with how narehate translate to "shadow of one's former self"
also, i don't think sherumi and manae are juusou. when they first saw reg they seemed to acknowledge that there was a connection between them, but after seeing how he moved they realized there were differences. they're probably also robots of some kind but not quite the same as reg, kind of like the differences and similarities between reg and gabu. (also, nishagora seemed to notice this connection too in the last chapter). although there definitely seems to be a loose connection between reg and the juusou, not sure what yet though.

It's definitely possible that they're also robots. It did seem like it was the case from what Nishagoro had said in chapter 63.5. Though that kinda conflicts with what Bondrewd said about all the members of Hail Hex being Juusou. I sadly don't have all the answers but definitely see where your coming from.
Also thanks for the translation info

This chapter is an actual banger, I can't wait for the next one. I'm really really interested to see where the story will go from here. And haha you're actually a pretty good voice actor!

So, you're probably aware of this, but Sherumi and Menae have the same names as the twins in several of the brief worldbuilding interstitial chapters, both of whom are implied to have died of the birthday disease in their last prior appearance. I would surmise from this, Nishagora's bestial form and so forth that "juusou" is a term applied to those in some way transformed by the Abyss without losing their shape and intelligence, Nanachi being another example, and that "birth" here is used figuratively, although at least some may be born this way rather than transformed by the Curse or other, more mysterious means. This is reinforced by Nanachi's belief that they would be killed if found, which aligns both with Bondrewd's insinuation to Srajo and with his own hypocrisy and egomania-essentially a threat that they were "only safe with him," because, y'know, the guy's a literal child abuser. That said, it could have slightly different implications, so we'll have to wait and see there.
As for the miko stuff, as noted elsewhere, the term is directly translated in other versions to "shrine maiden," but has a number of implications in Japanese that don't exist in English: Miko or shrine maidens are essentially mediums communing with the gods of the shrines in Shinto, and it is basically stated in the delver's song that this entity served the same function for the Abyss itself, perhaps originally at the shrine at the centre of the Idofront, or perhaps somewhere we've yet to encounter. Given the whole subject of the Abyssal Faith which keeps popping up and Habolg's team's discovery in 63, I expect this to be pretty important to wherever the story goes from here.
