- What better way to celebrate the holiday season that to get back together with family you haven't seen for months?!
Well today, we're doing just that as we pull out a deck that I haven't used in over 6 months and blow off the dust in Pokémon TCG Live and see if I can remember how to use it!
Magnezone ex was one of the overlooked ex cards in the Scarlet & Violet base set, but it was an absolute unit, getting me a few top 3 finishes at our locals and firmly cementing itself in my top 10 decks of all time!
So, let's put down the turkey legs and pigs in blankets and jump into TCG Live to climb the ladder with Magnezone ex!

Also cut either the miraidons or the luxrays or both. Simplify for consistency and math. Just set up like an Arven Zard/Meow/Tsreena. Otherwise this deck is like Garchomp, strong in streaks. Win 5 out of 7. Lose 5 out of 7.
I added the miraidons for consistency but I have contemplated dropping the luxray to be fair

It just stops kicking when people are wise to it to be honest, I went a few months playing, tinkering and doing really well with it to be fair! I still love it and it's definitely my favourite deck of 2023!
Maybe try the baby toedscruel tech to hard counter gold/pao decks.
