There is the appeals process. The 11th Circuit hasn't been thrilled with Judge Cannon's decisions so far. This also can be re-filed in D.C.

Trump is being tried in spite of the law not because of the law. These cases are doomed because you can't arrive at justice by using illegal means. The outcome of the judicial system isn't supposed to be determined by people's negative emotions, but by the the fair application of the law. All of these cases thwart the very basis of the law in our country, the Constitution. Try reading Article 1: Section 3 (last ¶), and Article 2: Section 4.
No one disputes that the outcome should be determined by the fair application of the law. Calling the attorney general's appointment of Smith unlawful is sketchy, and to use that as basis to dismiss a case could be in itself not a fair application of the law.

Appointing a special counsel is not unconstitutional. By that logic, Hunter Biden shouldn't have been charged because appointing a special counsel is unconstitutional.

Well if thats the case, Hunter Biden case should be over turned and dismissed and all other cases where special counsel was appointed by DOJ should be revisited, overturned and dismissed simple as that.
