A while back I was playing splatoon 2 and I kid you not I ended up in a game with a dude named whofarted and a completely unrelated person named ifarted. Best usernames I’ve ever seen. Those two proved that I haven’t matured since 5 years old.
There’s also an abundance of splatussy in splatoon 3. Can’t go a single game so tho out seeing that.
It's the best when you get pairings like that in random battles for sure!

Was in a ranked match and a guy on our team was called "FritzSmith". He wore an office shirt, teddy bear ears, had the title of "Very First Security Guard". When we won, his victory animation was the robot dance. Never met another like him. Hope he s good wherever life took him.
My weirdest one was "Inside me!", and i only realised after i defeated that person and saw the announcement: Splatted "Inside me!".
After that match i said: ok thats enough braindamage 3 for today.

I use the name LokiToxic, which Loki is the nickname my Toxtricity has, and Toxic cause poison type, then I realised it reads Low key Toxic, which uh... is not wrong this game can makee a bit Toxic... just not to an extreme.

There are three types of Splattoon names……..
Normal names: Could be real name or online maybe a couple of numbers at the end but the name is somewhat normal.
Boring names: The agent names. For example, agent 812 those agents are everywhere.
Whyyyy!?: The names in this video why people who made these names? WHY!!!!!?????

(5:42) I forgot that it was possible to tap on a player entry in battle history on SplatNet 3 to see the Splashtag, weapon, and outfit they had during that battle.
So far, the only screenshots I have of weird Splatoon nicknames are Switch screenshots, though I could probably incorporate Android screenshots showing SplatNet if I do ever do a compilation video of my own for a gaming clip dump channel I haven't yet launched.
