I always thought a good idea for a Splatfest would be which piece of the Triforce you would pick between Power, Courage, or Wisdom. Nintendo, if you’re watching this man (which you should cause this guy is amazing), MAKE IT HAPPEN!

The squid sisters vs off the hook vs deep cut was a cool idea though. Too bad the gaslight gatekeep girlboss were in the same round as that one.

Ever since the game came out, I really hope that the final spaltfest for this game is all idol groups against one another. I think it would be very nice and neat if the final splatfest of the third game was squid sisters vs off the hook vs deep cut.
Imagine if all the idol groups just came onto the stage during the final splatfest for that.
Squid sisters would lose last because people choose modernity over quality

I feel like Shoes vs Socks vs Barefoot would be an actual Splatfest since Shiver wears shoes, Frye has toeless socks and Big Man is always barefoot.
Edit: same for Squid Sisters vs Off The Hook vs Deep Cut. Just imagine that instead of Shiver, Fry and Big Man fighting, the other two groups come on to fight for their team, creating the world's largest Splatfest. How awesome would that be?

I love how Boat and Ceph were the only ones that got points. Ceph is an actual artist and Boat is the most popular out of all of you. Fail’s final one was really funny, but Ceph definitely deserved to win. The tumblr sexyman one made me laugh.
Failboat actually does art too!! He posts his stuff on Twitter sometimes :^)

Gumball also ended up getting hurt with a fish in one episode by an old lady (who was a fish person?)

in splatoon canon they make laws based on the splatfest winner so basically if you're robbing a bank and you're not using the best weapon or you say that the best idol group isn't the one that won it's illegal or in the case of the bank double illegal

A realization I had later on: Shoes/socks/barefoot makes sense because Shiver wears shoes, Frye wears just socks, and Big Man goes barefoot.

Strawberry would win, but I like vanilla more, I'm basic indeed. Sauce and (some) seasoning disgust me for some reason, I just like everything plain. I'm also choosing vanilla because of its color. I don't play Splatoon 3, but I hope they still use colors that match the object, that would be legendary for vanilla.

...Then I thought about the kind of community posts an entire Splatfest themed around feet would generate. Yeah, probably for the best if it doesn't become a real thing.

Game worlds: Overworlds vs Hubworlds vs Open Worlds
Dairy: Milk vs Butter vs Cheese
Fruit: Apple vs Orange vs Banana
Also the one I DON’T want: Squid Sisters vs Off the Hook vs Deep Cut.
If that’s the final fest I’m gonna be super mad because that’ll risk OtH’s place in Splatoon 4 and my heart can’t take that :(

Me and some other friends thought about a Vanilla vs Strawberry vs Chocolate splatfest. We even thoughjt of patterns for it to work since splat2 splatfests had some pattern or special feature to it.

Based on the sour, sweet, and GONE splatfest, shiver would be on the spicy mustard team, frye would be on the regular mustard team, and big man would most likely be on the honey mustard team.
