i'm not muslim, but i've always had an interest in learning about religions and cultures that are different from my own (shoutout to my religion minor from college lol). i recently bought a used english copy of the quran and i'm going to try to read it during the month of ramadan! i find it beautiful that the month of fasting and mindfulness of our faiths have lined up so beautifully this year. i hope you have a blessed ramadan!

Hey girl. Happy reading! I can recommend you a translation if you'd like? I personally use the cleat Qur'an English translation by Dr mustafa khattab (it's an easy read and the translation from Arabic to english is amazing. There are also footnotes in it so any misunderstandings people may have or context related questions are cleared) :)

Non-Asians need to realise that there’s a difference between Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Indian cuisine. Those spice mixes are PAKISTANI NOT INDIAN. Sindh is a province in Pakistan. Most ‘Indian’ food you ‘know of’ is actually Bangladeshi or Pakistani. It’s very offensive to label everything as Indian
