Consistently moisturizing (with a good moisturizer) on damp skin has helped me too. Tretinoin has definitely helped smooth out my skin. My skin reflects light so much better now!

What methods do you use to remove dark spots?
This video has saved my skin. I have had dull, lifeless skin for years. I was using drunk elephant and my face got worse. Then a doctor told me I needed all of these expensive treatments. I work in a hospital. I work nights and typically my shifts are about 16 hours. So I get limited sleep and have limited time to eat so end up going with the quicker things,which are usually less than healthy. And since I've started working there my skin has gone downhill and I feel like I look like I've aged..any suggestions for professionals who work lots of atypical hours?I know I need to drink more fluids. But the hyaluronic acid your talking about, would that be in a moisturizer?I'm sure I probably sound ignorant, but believe me, dermatology is fat from my best subject or field.

Will drinking solely water cause my dry skin to look lively almost all the time? I live in Vegas and I barely drink water... I know.. how do I even survive? I'm 28 now, but I've noticed my skin has always appeared dull ever since I was a teenager. I'll admit I didn't have a good skincare routine nor did I wear much sunscreen, but I basically became a hermit after high school and remained indoors--not to mention that i havent worn makeup since 2019. I started an actual skincare routine about 2 years ago and my skin has noticeably improved, but it still looks dull from time to time. Is it due to the lack of water consumption or is this a common "side effect" from having dry skin? I'm also half korean, but I don't think I suffer from dark spots. My mother and half sister do though
None of it will work in a dry climate. These products also require moisture in the air however if you live somewhere where there is no moisture in the air, the products can't give you the benefit that they are meant to provide.

Thank you, New Orleans!! I tend to prefer niacinamide mixed in other products instead of being its own serum although there are excellent niacinamide serums out there. I prefer Hyaluronic acid serums personally 🙏🏼👍 happy Sunday!

so basically:
cleanser -> hyaluronic acid -> vitamin c -> moisturiser -> sunscreen
