What am I missing? Bosch 800 Series is $1299. Bosch 300 Series is the “budget” unit and louder at $1249? Did you guys think this through?
They did thank you
I thought the same thing, didn't they say under $1000? lol
There's no point in buying a dishwasher that's not going to do it's job. Those dishwashers under $1000 do a very poor job, often leaving you with dishes you have to finish hand washing. My family has had 3 ~$500 dishwashers over the course of 15 years and they've all done a poor job. Since our income has increased, we can finally afford a dishwasher that should do its job. Buying those ~$500 dishwashers is just throwing your money away.
Great, another video telling us about the features and options of a dishwasher. What we're looking for is information about what problems are common to certain brands/models. Parts availability and serviceability of these machines.
Guys, we're all capable of getting the lowdown on bells and whistles of these machines, why not provide the youtube community with useful information in the reliability realm?
Thanks for your feedback! You make a good point and those topics are great for a separate video. For our top pick videos, we specifically don't include brands that have bad reputations and take all of that into account, especially reliability and longevity, which directly affects the need for parts and serviceability. But I can see why that specific info would be valuable to have. Unfortunately, you'll always find someone who has had an issue with a brand so it all comes down to how that brand is going to treat you in resolving that problem (which are the brands we always recommend). Hope that helps!
Features does not equal reliability. I wish we went back to models that lasted more than 5 years and were not over priced.
I absolutely hate our Bosch 800. Its super quiet but takes forever to wash the dishes and frankly doesn't do that great of a job even when it does. How did this make it to the top of your list?
He probably has a warehouse full of the Bosch 800’ he needs to unload.
Just picked up the Bosch 500 series for $850
I really wanted the Auto Air feature at least
where did you find it for $850
@@feras04 home depot 4th of July sale I believe
Hello from Ireland, just having a bath . Do you post to ireland
I was going for the Miele up until he mentioned those cartridges. I like choices
You don't need to exclusively use the cartridges. There's also a spot for detergent pods. Watch our full Miele dishwasher review here: czcams.com/video/sIxFs62um4U/video.htmlsi=DYkVc6CNZ8CP5y2D
Correction. Miele is not the "quietest dishwasher on the market." The Bosche Benchmark is just as quiet. So, get your facts straight dude. This is a very good presentation. Thank you.
Wonder what is the most reliable
I started washing this video because I was looking to replace my fisher and paykel. They clean worse than a 10y old dishwasher
Ah- I see what you did there. 10/10 joke :)
I can't speak to the quality of the Miele dishwasher in this video, but my "Miele Futura Classic Plus 3D" dries like shit. Which is why I'm here. Not two years after dropping 1500 on a damn dishwasher.
Yeah, let's buy a dishwasher that requires proprietary cartridges. It's fucking soap!
For $1200 to $1300 - - - - - - - - - - - -- I'll hire someone to come in and hand wash my dishes.!..
You hire somebody for 10 year to do your dishes and than do the math whats cheaper and comfortable
Why the fuck would my dishwasher ever need wifi
Your world on the Bosch 300. It does have wifi this year. Might want to get your facts straight before leading people the wrong way.
My god do we need another app and password to do the dishes.
"transforms moisture into heat" is the dumbest phrase I've heard all year. Like what does that even mean. We all learned about the conservation of matter in school, so unless there's some nuclear physics going on inside the dishwasher, you cant just "transform" the water into energy. Shame.
Hey, look up Zeolite. I had to look it up because I was thinking the same thing. Zeolite is the mineral used, and it does not break the laws of conservation of energy. The mineral adsorbs moisture, which makes heat as the byproduct. The moisture is later released from the Zeolite, and then it can retain moisture the next use.
@@brannen84 Funny they use Zeolite in the saltwater reef aquariums.
Which ones don't break in 5 years?? After their fvcking warranty expires!!!!?
essentially a commercial for a $2500 Miele dishwasher. Not helpful whatsoever.
How do you turn a dishwasher into a snowblower ??
Give her a shovel
If anyone wants a tip on getting a dishwasher, I suggest a wife. They can also make food and clean the house. Very versatile!
Wow
First you need a club.
Too expensive in the long run when she breaks down.
My wife been washing dishes my hand for over 6 months, she gets to decide which dish washer she wants. to buy, you would be amazed on how much silverware you go through in a day when you hand wash.
