Nice presentation and the product looks good. A thought about the instructions saying to press down on the meat. Bad idea. That forces all the delicious juices out of the meat. Also, causes the meat to be tough.

My Sizzle is supposed to arrive today from HSN. They had the grill/griddle one for only $89 the other day so I jumped at the chance. You said you put the grill plate in the dishwasher, I thought they weren't supposed to go in the dishwasher and only the removable cover was dishwasher safe? That's great if they can go in the dishwasher too. This is the perfect size for me.
