PS: Sadly, the game runs very poorly due to the 4 core i5-7300HQ. It is a huge bottleneck. It's also important to point out that if you have a slow hard drive (like me), the effects will be more noticeable because the game downloads data while you are flying. I did not test High or Ultra because the game just crashes when I put those settings.

how do you enable extreme cooling or hyper threading? im getting a used legion y520 but with rx 570 4gb. any help is apreciated
I have tried it on my lenovo y520 q7700 2.8ghz, gtx 1050ti, 16gb ram, 256 ssd and it doesn't work very well.
This game should be played for the high quality settings as for the low-medium ones, the quality is similar to what we see here.
So guys, in my opinion, if you are satisfied playing at low seetings with average fps between 15-30 fps, do that. In my case, I tried, I couldn't and I refunded the game.

I'd disable hyper threading, and run it at 720p while cranking textures to high, anti-aliasing off, shadows low, and super sampling off. I think it would be quite a bit better.
if you pre-download an area, does it reduce the stutters?

@@rafaelvitriago9786 I might get it then and run it at medium, with maybe the clouds up a little higher resolution. I have the same laptop. Even at 20-25fps would be fine for me in this game
Is this before new Nvidia drivers, what drivers are u using?

@@rafaelvitriago9786 oh, so I saw a vid with an acer nitro 5 with those specs running more stable, maybe because ssd and faster wifi?
It's probably the hard drive. My old HDD died so I have to use an external hard drive connected by USB 2.0, which usually isn't an issue, but because the game downloads data while you play it could pretty easily be the problem.
@@rafaelvitriago9786 it downloads or it is like when you play on GeForce now? Because I have an ssd and im scared bc ssd's have a limited writing data I think
It downloads while you play. The SSD shouldn't be a problem.
Is it worth buying it on this laptop?
Honestly, not so much. If you're really into flight and that sorta stuff maybe I can see a reason. But the game has a lot of stutter even in medium, and at that point the game just doesn't look that great (Low to Medium settings).
On the other hand, I got it with the Xbox Game Pass for PC. That's a way to play the game at a cheaper price.
It's not so simple, as it's not like other games. The game downloads data while you play, and playing it offline makes the game look like garbage.

Hope you can enjoy it! If it's not today then maybe in the future. I feel like this is going to be one of thos games that lasts usually a couple years, so maybe you'll be able to run it later down the line.

Sadly, 6 GB of RAM is not enough for this game. It uses 12+ GB of RAM.

This game is not running that well even on the high end cards!
There seems to be a very big variation in performance, but I really don't know why. My stutters are due to the hard drive, but I've seen really bad performance on higher end cards as you mention.
Rafael Vitriago have you installed the game on hdd? I’ve the y520 with 1050 not ti, i7-7700hq, 16gb ram and only ssd nvme 500gb and I thought to try this game. I had too the hdd instead the ssd and the games general performances have really enhanced since I’ve done this upgrade
