You have Happy Mail…..well this is my unhappy mail. Dear Nicole, I have followed you on You Tube for Two years now, I have written to you about 3 or 4 times and have never had a reply. I am 70 years old and I live in Australia and like you I have an autoimmune disorder. I was diagnosed with secondary progressive MS (Multiple sclerosis) in 2005. I was a Registered Nurse who worked until 2003. I worked in nursing homes… but I was bullied out of my last two jobs. I am now in wheelchair and I have restarted collage, although I can only do it in bed and let me tell you, it is hard work. How I wish I could get up and gather things on my own. Sadly my family are far from happy that I have this hobby…they feel like my slaves and though I try to be considerate, collaging in my unconventional way, it helps me focus and relax. So far I have been lucky enough to only have problems with my lower body, but in times to come it may affect my upper body. I do not feel sorry for myself, my collages are far from perfect, but they are improving.No,I am not at your level, but it helps me relax. You have inspired me so much and though I am older, we have so much in common, I love your videos, your chats and hearing about your lovely family and your dogs. We both have misophonia (a hatred of noise), the list goes on. I love your videos, but I am taking a break from some of them, mainly because I have no interest in cut and collage books, although they are cute and you do so well with them. I have even tried Temu. I do love my stickers. Sadly I don’t enjoy your “Happy Mail Posts”. Only because I used to have lots of pen friends, but I became too obsessive and they stopped writing. Nowadays I don’t blame them and I certainly don’t expect you to write although I do hope you will respond to this one letter. I know you enjoy sharing them and I know it’s enjoyable. People are free to overlook those posts and not press the dislike button. It seems rude to do that. I love your random gluebooks and I just loved that paper bag journal you did.
