- So I've researched a few video trying to figure out why the bike wouldn't drive and start and it just keep bogging down and bogging out everytime I would gas it. Floor it down all the way and it just keep dying. Then I some how manage to change or plugged and unplugged and replugged the wire and a miracle just happened.

Bro I just woke up and saw this I’m 2 days late! I didn’t know you still ride bro bro!
Yes hahaha always and forever. This my lady bike. Its a moped. And I'm trying to fix it and get it started. Make it faster. But found out it has battery issue and rear frame is a lil bent.
I understand you pain im having the same problem with my bike i have tried everything i can think of.
Evey time I accelerating bogging down I clean the carburetor change the jets clean the filter still bogging 😢
@calvinpringle805 replace carburetor. Or adjust your rich and lean dile
Sound like your pisten could be cracking mine did the loud sound too and it cracked
Hey got the bike all put together going to fill with gas tomorrow but today noticed no fuel filter is it connected to the bike somewhere or am I missing it and need to buy, just don’t wanna start dumping gas in it if it’s not hooked up right, and on another note your vids on this bike are helping me a lot ✌️
Clean out your tank before fill
I've seen new tao tao has metal shavings. Use a vacuum to suck it out or be cautious. I think fuel filter is in the compartment. Very small
CityBoyHunter thanks ✌️big bore kit probably next thanks for getting back to me ✌️
Carburetor is dirty. Take the air intake off on the carburetor side and spray the hell out of it with carburetor cleaner. Let it sit for a day to evaporate all the crap.
Extend your carburator make the intake manifold longer....like 4 or 5 inches longer
I have the same exact TaoTao as you do, I’m trying to start it up and it won’t start. It dies as soon as I throttle it. Any suggestions?
Change your carburetor
It's that plus the coil. The carburetor is chinese made. Not meant for our gas to work properly. Buy a new carb. And it will work fine
@@Yakplanet_tv just ordered a replacement carb but luckily when I just cleaned my current carb my bike starts up and runs great now!
@@meganmaccagnan1558 yes due to metal shaving from. Gasoline tank. It gets stuck I the carb and that's why it won't start correctly.
Might be your crank shaft or rod
What happened to the other cdi you had the orange one from j &j ?
The orange I got from j&j powersport. It gives the bike more acceleration. The black one came with the bike.
@@Yakplanet_tv I'm talking about the CDI you installed in an older video. Casoli I think it was much larger than stock. I purchased that one didnt make much difference.
Oh itsbthe same one still in the bike. Probably from different video quality. But only thing I noticed was the response of when you rock the handle back. Its a little bit faster.
@@Yakplanet_tv ooh ok cool. I'll try a different CDI then. Tried the blue racing and yellow/gold casoli one. Blue didnt work at all, bike wouldn't start.
@@traxxasjunkie10 yeah sometimes there's usually the battery that is low. Mine won't as start rn so when I jumped the battery to my car it started right away.
How long you had this bike?
2 years
Any luck finding out whats going on.
Timing was off. After correcting the timing. It started up perfect.
Will make it faster.
100cc big bore kit kit can over heat piston that’s not good kit try 80cc
Change the carb to a 21mm
? Why
Never put it wide open for long that will do it mine has this problem when I do so too much
Message me bra I can give you all kinds of advice for speed
What do you see in my bike that needed better upgrade
100cc big bore kit. A9 cam 64mm rocker arms. Changed the cdi.high voltage coil wire. I havent changed the exhaust.
Im having the same problem as the video and can not figure out what is going on.
Carb is probably dirty..
That scooter would make a good candidate for a gy6 150cc swap I did the swap on mine check it out czcams.com/video/Pmp3FkS7NDA/video.html
