Holy shit Tre is a fucking machine.
Their songs and arrangements are simple but idk man it's just some about the way they play their instruments that makes them sound so much "larger" than they are.
Nothing like Billie, Blue and Basket Case in the 90’s.

One of those classic songs that will live forever! Doesn’t matter how long since you last heard it because when it comes on you still know all the words!
Tre is a fucking beast! That guitar tone is magic (you can almost ignore the tuning issues 😉). In fact, the complete Dookie sound from the snare to the bass to the guitar is pure perfection!
Howard's reaction at the end is all of us after listening to Green Day. It's one of those bands that inspires kids to pick up the guitar and start jamming.
All bands should record in Howard’s studio.

Thanks for this Howard! Nimrod era was so fun. I anticipated this album for about I months when it was announced (prior to its release date in Oct '97 of course).... and I skipped school and Mom took me to the local CD store to pick up the album the morning it was released. So many great memories of this era, and awesome to see some good quality footage from '97 that I've never seen before :)
