    The leather roller foot doesn't get the credit it deserves. An added tip: Turn down the motor speed on the machine so you're not tempted to go fast. Works for me every time. Thanks for showing another use of the leather roller foot. Great video!!!

      That’s the great thing about these machines. You can set them up to sew exactly how you want and everyone does it differently.

    That's so cool! I've always used my zipper foot with piping, would using the leather wheel be far superior?

    Thank you for this video! What size cording did you use?

    Would this foot work to assist with curved seams as well? It ‘seems’ it was made for that.

      They were meant for sewing little tight curves but not curved piecing like a drunkards path quilt block.

    Do you have a tutorial for the beehive pincushion?

    I wanted to love this foot … but I just can’t get used to the bulk on the right side. I fabricate pillows with thick twist cording and wish the foot roller was reversed. Any suggestions?

      The foot cannot be turned the other way so you will need to keep practicing using it and eventually you will adapt your muscle memory.

    Will this foot work with the Bernette 77 ?

    • @BERNINAofNaperville
      @BERNINAofNaperville  Před 3 lety

      bernette machines take a different style foot system. The BERNINA feet will only work on BERNINA machines.

      @@BERNINAofNaperville Too bad, I think one of that nature should be designed for the Bernette line. I would use it for quilting.
