What event? And how’d u do?
@@jmknives2099 I ended up pulling my hamstring two weeks before, but it was sectionals. I ended up running the 4x8, 400m, and 4x4. I did pretty good as we made it to regionals in the 4x8 and I jogged a 2:07, but I ended up getting 5th in the 400m in 53.2, and I ran a 52 split in the 4x400m

It’s interesting to see how different people structure their running week. It seems like most elites do 7, but there is definitely a sizable number who take a day each week
