Impossible? Yeah, probably because it was run by a man. And/or doped.
Jakob is the goat đ and thatâs a fact
Legendary runners here. They make a 3 minute kilometer long easy! Absolutely incredible!
'Confirmed' for 100m & 200m at the trials: www.britishathletics.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/UK-Athletics-Champs-Athlete-Report-14th-June-1.pdf
His pace in the last km is faster than the first 4km. Insane!!! I'd be happy if i can get my time below 30 minutes for the 5k. But then, I've never been a runner until I turned 50.
Terrific, wonderful job 800m Alexandra hi fives Sasu, Alexandra
are the pegasus turbo 2s as good or should i try to cop the originals?
In the meantime Femke got the world lead with 52.67 winning the gold in the European Championship.
This reminds me of the great racehorse Secretariat at the Belmont Stakes 1973....Phoebe congratulations, amazing effort !
Is it good to do 2 threshold workouts a week throughout the entire winter in order to prepare for the track season where I run the 1600, 3200, and sometimes 800?
She imagined Gary Glitter was after her
She would have won the 2024 EC. Even beating Keely!
Maybe, but Phoebe was doing her school exams. See what happens in the British championships end of June.
Once did it in 5 mins then my alarm clock woke me up đł
Caster Semenya would have probably broken it by now if it wasnât for the new rule
Obozavam ovu devojku,prelepa je
Trackstaa, what would you recommend as a minimum weekly mileage for sub 17 5k? Would 80km be good enough? If it's about quality over quantity?
Ugh...her voice
She has a LOVELY voice.
His bronze was amazing- hope he improves
Pacemaker was in serious trouble there
Amazing how many great runners were great at 16, 17, 18 years old!
pov : HR is still good tough ;)
Imagine receiving #69 and the lady tells you itâs not a joke, and then you get to race the whole thing wearing it, excited to tell all your friends, family, and Strava community đ I would run the first km with a huge smile on my face
That fast and with HR of 175 omg howwwwww

Phoebe Gill... "from the depths of hell"
She did NOT look happy about being asked about SML
It is remarkable how you anxious Americans (and McLaughlin fans) are busy projecting your own emotions on Femke. I see nothing of the sort, just a slight irritation about the stupid question.
She looked spooked when the SML question was asked----I don't blame her; Femke Bol is not a confident person when put under a little pressure----We all remember her spectacular fall in the Budapest world championship-------She cracked under pressure like I have never seen before.
@@kobbieafriyie2172 Nope, she looked slightly irritated by the stupid question. Femke Bol is one of the most confident and stoic people I have ever seen. And your over concentration on one mishap in somebodies carreer, which you keep repeating over and over again shows your weakness. And it shows that you really have nothing over Femke, because you need to come back to this one incident... Just like your obsessive returning to Femke-streams shows that you are m*rtally afraid of her. đ€Ą
â@@rientsdijkstra4266So your projection about another persons mind you cant read and never met is that the other poster is projecting about the mind of a person he hasn't met? What's more you are certain of it. And willing to dig in and fight about it? "I looked at a video tape and I knew and now I have have spoken and it can only be true" Please look up magical thinking and avoid it. It'd a disorder
@@willaimoconnell9430 I quote you: "So your projection about another persons mind you cant read and never met is that the other poster is projecting about the mind of a person he hasn't met?" That is gobledegook bro. Please try to be coherent?đ€Ą
What world record?? This is a European record for the under-18 category.
Wow - so impressive! Can't wait for Paris!
I am at 14:09 ! Sub 14:00 mins is the goal Thanks bro for posting this ! Awesome đ
Damn, she is white, must be rigged
Not necessarily if you knew anything worth writing.
@@bernardm2528 you are an uneducated child.
@@bernardm2528 lout
â@@robertmartin5308Grow up, your attempt at a wise crack reply is unnecessary
â@@robertmartin5308Never been called a lout before. Thank you
Only person who could have defeated him is surely Jakob ingebrigtsen but that was phenomenal!
Wow that was a great race!!!!!
Wasn't expecting her voice to be like that
Congratulations Luis Grijalva from Guatemala city....
McLaughlinïŒïŒïŒïŒïŒïŒbol
We will see if that is so in Paris...
What a smashing interview. I laughed when Keeley said she was an open book, and indeed she is very open. She seems to have her feet firmly planted on the ground while taking care of business, but still retains a girlish charm which belies that steely competitive determination. She doesn't seem to be over invested in her running career, which is far the best attitude to take, it's not the be all and end all of everything. Many good athletes get burned out due to over investing. I can see Keeley running for the next ten years, and i hope she does. The most pleasing thing she said was, she would like to have a family. I hope she does.
she sounds like a squeaky toy. She very sweet and talented
Good video thanks!
Thats a dude đź
To be the best , a classic accomplishment.
She just went 1.58.0 off a 54.9 400m split too. Who does that?! This girl is something special. She has a 1.56 paced better.
Yes, she ran this in Manchester which backs up her previous 1.57.87. Phoebe always runs the first lap exceptionally too fast. If you think about it, this must be her method to keep improving, as she has coaches. However let's see when she runs 57 or 57.50 how she does overall? The British championships end of June should be interesting if she can grab the 3rd place for the Olympics?
@bernardm2528 She is running tonight over 1500m, targeting the Olympic 1500 standard I believe, so she may have options come British Champs.
@@jackward9901 Thanks for telling me. Phoebe has run 4.05 for 1500m recently. She and 2 other girls were running with boys/young men, it's well worth seeing on you tube.
Am I the only one runnnig a 10k race at 188 bpm average peaking 198? xD Jack running at 175 bpm at that pace is insane
why are they pushing and pulling each other at the start line?đđ
A lot of sprinters could take a lesson in Class from this lady......I'll leave it at that.
Both Sydney and Femke are so humble and talented.
You can see the fear in her eyes đ
who should she be afraid of ? tintin đđđ€Ł
@@renssnellens9016 Sydney obviously
â@@LuckSideCryptowell, i didn't think so, tintin. keep dreaming đđđ
That is your feverish imagination bro. I see quiet CONFIDENCE. The fear seems more to be in your mind, and in that of sooo many Americans who are trying to belittle Bol. WHY would you need to do that if you where not afraid of her?
@@ElieWeissenbach-xx1yi I didnât do anything to belittle Bol, I just said you can see the fear in her eyes. Itâs there as Sydney just came back from a huge hiatus and is already running better than the field.
You want to achieve anything you gotta push hard the whole race. Good job.
Wtf
She's cute đ
