These videos feel better as it is less distracting. Too many jokes distract me from the topic. Having a balance will be best i suppose.

The humour and jokes definately make the video more entertaining but in my opinion, it feels a bit excessive at times and distracts from the point you're trying to make. So keep it subtle i'd say. Love the information you provide and that's what i'm here for
Tbh i dont like the jokes they are not really adding value to the video (as we watch for the advice and analysis) and it often feels cringe

Don't buy skin scenarios etc useless stuff. I have 30k+ free gems collecting since I am playiNg. Used when necessary. My all 6 builder is always grinding. I don't play more than 6 games a day. Don't have much time to play. Still managed. The reason I play coc is spend like 10 minutes & you keep progressing. But now coc is losing that factor.
I use Goblin Researcher only because Laboratory Upgrades takes hell lot of time to max than the base itself. Double Research with Research Potion from Raid Medals has helped me to upgrade 6 troops in a single month. I am upgrading all the long time consuming buildings by CWL Medals.
join a good clan with high level ranking in clan capital such as titan or legend league so you can get a lot of raid medals just buy 3 research potion everyweek and you don't need to waste gems on goblin builder bullshit

Also when using the goblin builder in the laboratory you basically get double the value from researching potions. If you buy 3 each week from the raid medal shop you can get 6 days off every time.
As a rush clasher, I have sold all my potions, shovels, wall rings to hire this guy. He works very well.

@@ka0h_ so IMO rushing is better, specially until you get to TH11 so you can upgrade GW. The logic is, all book and hammers are way more eficient to use on a 8-14d upgrade than a 2-3 day one + you make more ore. There is an extensive guide made by CallmeTee. Its a word doc called CallMeTee strategic rush guide and its really good
Research potion value is doubled if you use goblin research, im buying every research potion for both raid medals and for gems, it feels like speedrunning lab, if supercell is going to bring back goblin every few months back to the game i guess we should stockpile gems all the time waiting for goblin to return.

You didn't take into consideration that when you are using goblin building for upgrading your heroes you won't be actually able to use them. Book of heroes is instant and especially people who war a lot this is a huge thing.
True but why would you be upgrading heroes? We have hero potions. If your key is efficiency, you skipped heroes till the end LOL

I am f2p and had around 6k gems ,
Goblin builder and lab both feels like the perfect place to use them..
It provides better gem value than currently anything we have ...and since its an extra slot...leaving it while its building things up is not a problem.
I got 1000 gems from one achievement. And I have invested them on goblin builder to upgrade one xbow at TH15
That's all fine and dandy, however to some of us it is still never worth it because:
1. It is not comparable to books since one is an extra builder and the other is a skip building time item.
2. The cost is still very high when you consider that you still have to wait for the upgrade to finish.
3. It speeds up the time it takes for you to max your base but there's a cheaper alternative of just waiting a little more to max your base.
What u gonna use ur gems on then if not upgrading your base?
@@BabyKnxckz You save them for when there's something you actually need to use them on. As of now Hero skins are one thing you can't get any other way. Maybe in the future we get to purchase sceneries with gems or who knows, anything that's exclusive under gem cost

The goblin builder allows you to pay gems with the resources to build it but you still are required to wait however many days it requires. Books automatically complete any upgrade so this is a bit different. If you paid the goblin builder to build something you must then pay again to free up the next available builder which costs even more gems in comparison to using a book.
How about a video on raid metals, specifically on which purchase is better - the wall rings or the resource potions with the newer level of collectors being boosted. And what level walls either one would benefit from

You need to add the gems for completing the upgrade since the books upgrade and complete instantly while the gpblin still takes the same time cost.

Th 16 goblin builder is paid extra builder. Take the same time & you spend gems. The book will finish work instantly. So if you have ruins of gold then buy a book. Full your collection & when the builder is free use book to max one of defences with book then use rune to start another. Less grinding & saves time.

player, equipment is something I think you should really really focus on because low level equipment will cause problems and the amount of ores you gain doesn't really increase that much (Lalo super Archer blimp to push to 4k
And in war just Lalo super Archer the highest base)and you're set.demand increases and the supply barely.
Same here, I'm th12 and I use gems for builder potions since I get way more value that way ATM. Also used to use em for army n hero boosts when I first upgraded to th12, now I just buy training potions to push trophies because it means I can sit there and do attack for an hour straight. Most of my gems are actually going towards getting my 6th builder in the builder base ATM, I've got 6 hero levels to go
As a free2play player, the goblin builder is still not worth it. But good joke trying to make it seem worth it. The books instantly finish any upgrade, he takes the whole time upgrading it. 😂
As a F2P I feel he is worth it. I have a lot of gems and loot laying around, he is like an extra builder, working in the corner and defences are not matter that much not working.

@@sirDavospeYT The thing is, that in short term, yes, you gain some value. But in long term, both options achieve same result.
Say we have 7 buildings, all have 7d timer.
Using book of heroes/building. You instantly finish 1 upgrade. You then spend 7d for other 6 buildings to finish. You finished with 7 buildings, with 500/925 gems cost.
Using goblin builder. You spend 7d for 7 buildings to finish. You finished 7 buildings, with 320 gem cost. You gained extra 56% value on heroes, and 189% value on buildings/troops/spells.
Unless you are literally top player of your clan war roster, in which case understandable, you get far more value from it. Even then, with some strats, you can 3 star your equal with 2 heroes missing, but great execution is required. So i often just leaving myself for clean up, or 3-4 position lower as #2 and #5.
Totally missing out that Goblin Builder takes almost half of Book of Building to upgrade any long defenses?

one use where I wouldnt use the goblin builder is buildings which would actually harm you when they are upgrading. Sure, goblin builder is very good, but its only disadvantage is you wouldnt get instant upgrade. Buildings like Barracks or key defense like eagle artillery would suffer from this. Not a huge deal to be honest, and i dont really care about it but still worth mentioning.
Who cares about defence anymore?Everyone just spams dragons and triples anyway, even heroes are not needed for farm anymore, only for cw and again most clans war anyway and spam dragons, even without 4 heroes works well enough

all the BOH comments saying it skips time, the price of that time is the difference in cost between the goblin builder and the book which is 220-260 gems. Nearly half the price of the BOH goes to completing the upgrade instantaneously. That's enough for a 5-6 day upgrade w/ the goblin builder.
One thing is the time cost and a different one is the time value. And 8 day hero upgrade with goblin builder costs the same as a 8 day building upgrade with goblin builder, however the former is much more valuable since not having a hero hurts you and not having a building is negligible. Meaning the value of both is incomparable as it is unmeasurable and it differs from person to person.

i use this simple trick in research lab tho that use goblin builder and 1 more upgrade of 5days or more and use 5 research potion so that i get 10days of time duration rather than only 5days of time reduction with research potions i have been using it for a while and its only good in the research lab for me great video tho

One major factor that you forgot to mention is that books are an instant upgrade. Where as the goblin maybe cheaper but you still have to wait the alleged amount of time for the upgrade to finish. The instant upgrade is better value imo

Personally, I have 5 accounts with different amounts of gems and never in my mind I would think to spend my gems on ores.
Im in fake legends on all of them. The Goblin seemed to me the best option to spend my gems. If I had known that he was going back, I wouldnt had spent my gems on books of heroes to speed up my hero upgrades.
Now I have my heroes maxed and warring all the time while wait for my bases to be maxed to upgrade my town hall. And Im using the goblin to speed it up even more.

How does one have a shortage of the glowy ore? I'm always short on shiny ores, it's the ore that runs out first, every single time. That's the only ore I have to wait for to be able to upgrade more equipment (and consequently the only ore I buy from the event when I pay for the event pass, and STILL have a shortage of it).
The higher levels use much more glowy ore, rn im on 10k shiny ore and not enough glowy ore to upgrade stuff

It doesn't use your main builders, so yes it's skipped. Your main builders won't have to do that upgrade

For the magic items it is upgraded instantly for the gems, with the goblin builder you have to wait it still and maybe use the magic items...
Only szenario where that may matter is if you want to upgrade a hero with it and u want the hero up instantly

This video has a critical error. The thing is we buy books of heroes to skip time. If you are comparing the goblin builder to the books of heroes the comparison might look value for money but it is fundamentally flawed. Let me explain. Let's say i have 6 builder in total and 3 of them are upgrading my king, queen and rc and 3 of them are at different upgrades. Now say i am keeping those heroes for upgrade the full month non stop and gain maybe 3 levels on them. Using a book of hero will grant me an additional level on one of my heroes before the next cwl but using the goblin builder won't give me that additional level before the cwl because the building time is not skipped. I am just appointing one more buider in the mix and freeing one of my own to work on some other upgrade. But in terms of books of buiding then your video holds truth cause you are basically getting another builder which you never had in the first place so the time to upgrade arguement is pointless here. Goblin builder is not a substitute for books of heroes but it is for book of building.

Actually i was gonna buy a book of heroes this month, after i saw your video i got exited for the deal that goblin builder providing. After i log into the game and realized that i would still need the books of hero to get that additional level my hopes and dreams went right outside the window into the open skies.😅

@@MrSurja24 If you sole goal is to upgrade heroes, honestly understandable, exceptionally if you are top player in CW/CWL. I still upgrade my heroes during CW(Not CWL) during CW though, since i can still clean up, or even 3 star my TH with 2 missing heroes, if layout is favorable.
But if you goal goes a bit beyond that, he is the best value for gems. Currently using him to fix my rush faster.
Both are valid though. Currently upgrading heroes in a way that allows me to have 2 heroes up every CW, while upgrading 4 at a time.

Builder potion skips 2.25 days and costs 280 gems or so the goblin builder will cover u 90ish gems for that time

In my opinion you are wrong about the BoH. They are even better now. First of all at th 15 (which I am) there were no time reduction for the heros. So a BoB has less value now but not the BoH. And second because you need the ores you want to participate in cw. So you want to have your heros ready all the time. Thats why the BoH is so great. Before the update i never bought BoH by my gems because BoB had always more value comparing to the upgrade times of the heros. At least at th15 that is not the case anymore.

You don't take in consideration that the main difference between a book (or ending an upgrade with gems) and the goblin builder is the fact that in the first solution, you get your upgrade available immediately. When you use the goblin, you still have to wait to get your upgrade done
It literally changes nothing, unless you suffer so hard without infernoes or heroes. You cant do chain book upgrades unless you have been stocking runes and shit for months, so again you lose nothing by waiting. You dont need heroes to farm anymore, and its rare to see a clan that wont take you in a war with 3\4 heroes
