Simply Ming: Guest Chef Matt McCallister

This week on Simply Ming, our show is down south in Dallas, Texas cooking with Chef Matt McCallister, declared Best New Chef in 2014 by Bon Appétit and Chef of the Year two years running from "Eater" Dallas. After a quick trip to the Farmer's Market, Matt makes a Grains Salad with Fall Salmagundi and Bagna Cauda while Ming creates a Texas hot & Sour Stir Fry with Crispy Rice. (Episode 1325)
