  • How high could you jump on another planet? What about on the moon? The gravity we experience on earth is very different from the gravity on other moons and planets across the solar system. So if we turned the dial on earth’s gravity to match the force of gravity on another planet, how high could you jump? Today, I’ve invited my friend Drew to help us find out! We built a green screen simulator and with some simple visual special effects, we can visualize how Drew could jump across the solar system.

I love this, this is so much fun! When I was a kid with my dad at the gym I would simulate the gravity of different planets by jumping while holding on to one of the pulley-based exercise machines
