Great video and very helpful! Just as a helpful tip, the pacing for the first 2 minutes is very slow and that's when you're likely to lose viewers. We're all able to pause and skip etc so no need to drag it out. Just plow through and we can keep up with you. Thanks again for all your help!

Thank you so much for this video. It’s crazy but you explained it so clearly. I want my husband to come as a visitor as we file the paperwork here but he has a dog and I think that makes things even more complicated for us. Even though he visits every year and never overstays his visit. We go back and forth from California the the UK. But we just want him here as we have been married for three years now and just decided that the US would be a better move for us. God bless and thank you for making this video!!! 😊

    Hi Arthur,
I entered thru esta visa waiver program.I met my friend online on Facebook on nov2018and he also me to come and visit him next year May 252019. I got proposed to and got married on July 2019. Our age GAP is 34 years difference. I asked 3 Lawyers they said there’s nothing to worry about and go ahead to file for the green card. What is your advise ? I came here to visit and since we got married while I was on visitation, I overstayed in usa. What’s your advise?

I am a real lawyer. Promise. I do not act like a typical jerk (or self-important) lawyer because I have nothing to prove, and I am not insecure. I am me, I do what I do, and people either love it or hate it. Most people love it. You will NEVER hear me use any "fancy lawyer words" ever -- they mean nothing to "normal people" so I just explain stuff in plain English. That's my story!

This sounds like the Vogon home planet. It makes me realize why I'm a libertarian.
    Quick question:
I am in love with a man in Georgia, but I live in Alberta. I love my country and have four independant children and a grandchild(all with 50% native status) I don't want to leave them. He has no children but works for his father's sheetrocking company and knows the local work scene and would have to start from scratch if he came here. We don't really like the whole governmemt control of marriage and would rather that were between us and the creator, but it could be an option, if necessary.
Is it reasonable for me to ask him to relocate and would it be easier for him to come here or for me to go to him?
We also have radically different heat and cold tolerances. Lol
I thought we could maybe spend half a year here and half in the US and avoid all the immigration stuff all together, but I don't see how that would be financially possible.
Alright, I may have miscalculated the size of my question. Haha

Dear Mr Serratelli, My fiancé and I are getting married in Ireland in 10 weeks. He is a US citizen and resides there. I'm Irish and I am here in Ireland, for now (I also have Australian citizenship) We plan and hope to return to the US and begin our married life. Is this possible? Will we be seperated for a time? Can we apply in Ireland in the US Embassy in Dublin? Is the content in this video of yours, still valid and applicable to us? czcams.com/video/f_1Clb_3Yfk/video.html
    Help.
