  • The corporate world spends billions on training the workforce and their future leaders without moving the needle. In business today we act before we think, we train with no measure of success, and we focus on the short-term win. There is a learning model that provides the ideal framework for a thriving corporate culture. Let's take our people from dormant to full bloom by discovering and capitalizing on their infinite potential. Katy Mumaw is life-long student of learning and development strategies. She has a passion for building and sustaining corporate cultures. For more than 15 years she has been studying and practicing communication skills, educational resource development, and strategizing methods within sales and marketing. She has a passion for helping people learn and find their infinite potential. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
