Fixing minor CRACKS -Air Dry Clay

In this short video I demonstrate how you can fix minor cracks that can develop during the drying process, when using Air Dry Clay. Using a bit of water to soften the cracked area, I then apply a bit of slip to fill the cracks, and let it dry! Once dry it can be sanded and you are back in business! 😊🍄

Thank you very much! I'm new to clay and made a few days ago my very first figure, but when I went to check if it was already dry, it had a reaaaally long crack, it wasn't that deep but I felt so sad 😭 now I know how to fix it!!

Yep it’s not hard to fix at all, but some clays crack a lot more than others!

@@wallacehenryhartley1209 yes! You may have your fill twice. Let the first fill dry then see if there is any shrink and if so, fill a bit more!
