    Great insights into y hometown Laguna beach and long beach. Ocean avenue in Belmont shore has a huge unused-parking lot that attracts low brow activity, and if that can transformed into a public space (parks), it would bring people to the beach, oust crime, and raise the property value. Great work Mr. Kent
