- GTA Liberty City Stories, one of the best handheld games ever. But what if it was released for PC in 2020? This video will show you my concept how GTA LCS would be like if it ran on RAGE engine used in the newest GTA titles.
Some of the mods shown here were made specifically for this video and are not available for download as they're not suitable for gameplay. Please note, there is no 3D era story missions mod for GTA V, every one of the "cutscene" and gameplay part was made manually by me using tools like Menyoo, Scene Director and Simple Native Trainer. The rest of the mods that are available you can find below.

Well Toni is a close second in my opinion. He destroyed a whole neighborhood full of innocent people and stole bodies for his friend to eat. He also cut a man into pieces before delivering him to his own butcher shop.

My first game was San Andreas but I love LCS. It went from VCS, VC, SA, LCS all the way too 3, that was last time of GTA 3D universe, and now we have the GTA HD universe, I hope we can get GTA 6 were your playing as a mafia character or better biker character

GTA LCS is such an underrated game. Even VCS is underrated too. Both are amazing games. Great video!!!
VCS carried a lot of my favourite mechanics over from SanAndreas such as gang wars and the melee system where you could grab and pull characters around by the neck. Loved how you could run your own illegal businesses and build different buildings and such.
New Order of Alexandria It is basically san andreas in vice city. Which is amazing.
@@IskenderCaglarM41B441 definitely only thing it's missing is car custom, body building and mix and match outfitting, but it's odd how gang wars, business building, grabbling and a more in-depth melee system was removed in later entries

Rockstar should be launch this game with Vice City Stories to PS4.
from playing it on emulators such as PPSSPP and PCSX2, I can say that it doesn't take a lot to make the PSP ports of the games look good enough for today, the PS2 versions aren't as nice unfortunately, however that worked out

While other radios are just missing some songs. in Vladivostok case they just added new songs instead paying for old ones.

As far as I remember, Toni always wanted to prove his mom that hes better than anyone which his mom mentioned, and by that, he want to rekindle his relationship with his mom which then, probably made him to move in to his Ma restaurant.

Wow. Even though this was a mix of GTA IV, GTA V, and GTA III/LCS's map, this was so amanzingly edited that it triggered the same nostalgia that a remastered LCS would have.

Ah... 1998, I was seven years old then and my brother was four, it’s amazing how far the two of us have come since then, he’s now a soldier in the army and I just graduated college at the top of my class, the years go by with a snap of the fingers. The 90s in America was a good time to be a kid for a lot of people, needless to say not perfect but there was something about it that maybe can be summed up in a quote that I recall someone in a documentary once humorously said “The 90s was a vacation from history.” Ironically... for a lot of people who experienced the positive aspects of the era, this is not far from the truth. There’s a reason why The 90s nostalgia of the past, holds such an influence on the present, you see it all the time even 20 years after the decade ended still to this very day, influencing pop-culture ... ironically or ironically. I suppose the old adage is true... that “one rarely truly appreciates what one once had... until it is gone.”

There was this guy who did a fascinating analytical video not too long ago about how culture in the 21st-century has stagnated and he pinpoints 2005 as the year when culture stopped developing and increasingly since then has become a copy of a copy of a copy and so on.

But that's not a problem, you just have to not use it.
The worse part will have to get voice actors to be convincing. Especially when you have to find the right VA for the main character.

This is true art. I remember playing GTA LCS as my first GTA I've ever had. It's not possible how many hours I've spent playing this portable masterpiece on my new PSP. Thank you for what you did. It reminded me of so many great childhood memories. Hope you'll make even more of that in the future

Both cant be done, they dont have any voice lines, any modeling etc.
@@onurtintas They can kinda do it, it would mean you have record the lines yourself. And you'd have to make the models yourself too, which they already did do for many of the models in these videos anyway.
