Use B as most things use it

In Europe you run A (which also better matches old one pair and two pair USOC for RJ-11 like compatibility in old networks).
In North America you punch B as it's the majority used (also preferable for the installer as orange and brown can look really similar and cause bad terminations).
But either splits the pairs well and as long as both are ended the same (a straight/patch) it won't matter.

dude 568a and b configs make absolutely no difference. Only green pair and orange pair are transposed , thats the difference! Just make sure they match on both ends of the same cable.
