There have been a lot of $300+ dinners on the channel, but this one at Kusa Nori (Resorts World Las Vegas) is by far the best. Kusa Nori is a fine-dining Japanese restaurant that features some of the most creative and unique dishes ever - the chef is a mad genius! Every single dish that I ordered was both stunningly beautiful and unbelievably delicious. In this video I take you inside Kusa Nori and do a deep-dive on what makes this restaurant so special and the very best $300 dinner in Las Vegas.

Each day I receive several questions on, or requests for, personal items spotted in my videos. I try to do my best to respond but as the inquiries continue to accumulate Iâve noticed there are certain items consistently and repeatedly asked about.
If you are familiar with my channel, you are probably aware that my quest to remain unbiased, honest, and authentic with my opinions is paramount. Thus, my channel has been and is currently 100% self-funded and independent from sponsors, Patreons, comps, freebies, or any payments or subsidies from third-parties that could potentially - consciously or subconsciously - influence my thoughts and/or content.
Moving forward, I am going to experiment with affiliate marketing from Amazon. Apparently I am the last CZcamsr on the planet to provide links to my most favorite stuff from Amazon. This will help me respond to product requests more efficiently, diversify and expand my current revenue model, and provide some really cool shopping ideas, especially for the holidays.
Who knows if I am doing this right or if it will even lastâŠ
As always, thanks so much to EVERYONE for all of your support! Best wishes and cheers to the most exciting, unforgettable, and secure travel adventures.

I feel the same as you. I have ate at kusa Nori 3 times. Itâs delicious.
Discovered you last year and you've only gotten better - I love your reviews! Makes me feel like I'm really experiencing things I might not ever get to. Excellent work!
Oysters and drinks Iâm there! Thank u alwaysđđ
Of course Lindles! đ
We just finished dinner here. This place is amazing. I agree price wise itâs cheaper than mizumi and nobu but tbh it was pretty damn good. Kudos on the ponzu steak, those amazing oysters, the cucumber salad. There was a caviar and uni noodle dish that was wonderful too. We will be back. Thanks for the review.
Great review thx. Looks beautiful to me. Cheers!
So awesome thanks for your videos I feel so good watching them.

Wow! Your channel just showed up in my recommendation list. Talk about a diamond in the rough! Amazing reviews. Love the high end restaurant reviews. I hope your subscriber count gets to where it should be (over a million..easy). I don't think I've come across another channel that does solely high end reviews. Love it! Now, back to binge watching all your videos.
Welcome đ€
another great video. thanks!
Thx for the review! Stayed at RW a few times and keep not fitting this into the routineâŠnot next time, definitely gonna eat here!
Great review, my next place to go when there next time
I love the idea of those oysters and that sushi rolls!
YUM! These looked way too pretty to eat. Oyster presentation was amazing. I could almost smell the steak through the CZcams đ. Looked delicious. Thanks James!
Yo West! This was a fun one - glad you enjoyed it.
Shigoku are so good! The oyster that made me fall in love with raw oysters. Not flat shell, but narrow and deep shells with a flat top. Unique shape. Not the name recognition of Kumamoto, but so delicious.
You totally sold me on this place. Definitely going to check it out on my next trip đđ
Let me know what you get...
I had a $80 meal here to "use up" the rest of my Hilton resort credit. Enjoyable, but as with most Strip restaurants it felt overpriced. For oysters, I can recommend Water Grill at Caesars. $300 will get a heck of an omakase meals at either Kobuto or Kame if you get off the Strip. This video had many fewer drinks than most of his, so that kept the price to the $300 level.
$80? Peasant... this man only eats the best of the best. $300 is nothing to this man. Koi fish become Sharks to this behemoth of a man.
Going here tonight because of your recommendation!
That looked awesome
Good to know thereâs a less expensive option for Mizumi quality food . However the ambience at Mizumi , phenomenal service and exquisite food still makes it one of my favorite restaurants. Enjoyed the review
Mizumi is still #1 overall and hard to beat
†the food looks amazing
Yo AA - it was a fantastic meal!
0:46 those aren't sharks on the spotlights, they're koi! đ
You know this guy only eats expensive food so everything has to be big or go home. So when he sees a Koi fish in his mind it's a shark.
You should give blue point oysters a try . They sometimes come with a little tiny crab which u can eat.
That's less than half the price of your Mizumi dinner which makes this meal a fabulous value. I was at Resorts World shortly after it opened and was really disappointed, but your recently videos have impressed me a lot. I think its time for another visit.
Agreed on the value of Kusa Nori. And I also agree on giving RW another shot - their opening was forced and consequently hiccups were present for several of those formative months.
Yes. They open right after Covid. It wasnât all done. I was just there on February 2023, and it has improved tremendously. Resort World is my top 3 favorite casino in LV now.
I just had some drinks and apps at their happy hour a week ago very reasonable on price and very good apps will go back for dinner
Once Fountainbleau opens up late next year then the North Strip will have a chance for revitilization. Imploding Circus Circus will be an absolute must if they want the area to flourish. I loved Circus Circus in the 80s and early 90s but as of the last 20 years it has become a total Dump.
@Such Is Life I think they plan on building The Moon Hotel in that space. Look up the Moon Hotel.
I think Circus Circus should be revitalized and transformed into a high end hotel. A sophisticated, classy circus hotel. It would work in Vegas. They need a Cirque Du Soleil show there, too!
@@otrebla8944I think it may be the Atari.
@@otrebla8944Iâve been wanting to see that area between wynn and the strat to get a big upgrade. Fontainebleau is a big addition but the renderings of this moon hotel is something else lol
CC needs to be there for those who want to save .money on the room . It really just needs a motel 6 type upgrade .
I think the spotlight projection on the floor is koi instead of sharks. They have koi fish decor on the ceiling as well.
Hey this man is paying top dollar for his dining experience so if he says they are Sharks then they Sharks đŠ
Hello I was wondering why you don't try buffets in Las Vegas? Have you had bad experiences with them or do you just not like buffets in general? I'm enjoying the content!!
0:50 spotlight koi :)
I have not seen you eat at a high end Indian Restauraunt in Vegas..Can you please do so and let us know? Thanks your # 1 fan! J
The best restaurant đ
Those Shigokuâs come from the company I work at. Taylor Shellfish Company, if you ever come to Seattle Washington check out Taylor Shellfish Company we will blow your mind about shellfish and oysters etc⊠I ate at that bar at resorts world this past summer had the Shigoku Oysters thing is the staff needs to learn more about what they are selling next time try Geoduck Sashimi if you really want to feel great try Dungeness crab. Shigoku oysters are Taylorâs answer to Kushi oysters. Dig your content keep up the great work đđ
Good info. The similarities to Kusshis were noticeable, which is probably why I loved them
Macauâs got gorgeous diners as well~ you should try
Macau will happen đŻ
Well ur video was ahead of itâs time. Kusa Nori just got rated 4 star Forbes so it is up there with mizumi in being only the second Japanese restaurant to be 4 star Forbes on the strip and in Las Vegas!
Wow that looks much better than FUHU!
đđ
Seems like a pretty darn good deal considering how much you ordered.
That's a lot of quality, high-end food for $300
Iâm not a sushi girl, but Iâve never really had good sushi and tbh the stuff in your videos looks pretty good. I wonder if itâs like ramen, I mean if youâve only had top ramen all your life, youâve never really HAD ramen. Good ramen is excellent. Iâm curious about getting some really high caliber sushi even if I do have to fork a little over to be curious.
I started with sushi rolls and then naturally/gradually started branching-off and evolving from there. I'd recommend starting at a notable sushi place and ordering a couple specialty rolls with ingredients that align with your taste.
@@Coolist Ty!
Trust me , these prices are way too good for Vegas , get in there quick , I guarantee theyâll double in three months , that food looked amazing and when people find out , âŹïž up will go the prices , Awesome review Mr. Cool đź
That steak presentation is fantastic and $125 wasn't bad!
Never would I imagine myself saying that $125 for a steak was a great value, but it's the truth - so worth it.
Was wondering. What did you wash that steak down with?
A big nap đŽ
I think those âsharksâ might actually be Koi.
"Battle born" also pays homage to the state of Nevada, it is our slogan of sorts. I think it's on the state flag.
đ
Those shadows arenât sharks, they are koi fish. Either way they are cool.
My guy!
Yo Nightwolf đș
The dr is innnn n
Dr quinn is here, there, everywhere , except when i'm blocked!
Ahhhhhhhhhhh, it joys me you had an equally as magnificent an experience there as I did! I can definitely attest that my vegan counterpart experience was no less amazing in that I took a deep dive through their robot seasonal harvest menu and just partook in virtually all of it, along with their tempura and some off-menu sushi. đ
Another thing I'd be remiss not to mention...............is that they also have an impressive happy hour. It's not quite as jaw-dropping as KOI's, but it's most definitely one of the best ones nonetheless. For example, you could get four Shigoku oysters there for $12! Or five wagyu gyoza for just $16! Considering Kusa Nori already mops the floor with Mizumi in terms of value (I LOVE Mizumi, but completely agree Kusa Nori has exponentially better value between the two).............that's a STEAL I'd have to say! I'd say their happy hour probably ranks way up there only behind KOI and Rikki Tikki Sushi, maybe Ondori but even that is very debatable in the value aspect.đ
Fun fact: Genting Palace and Kusa Nori are the only two restaurants high-end restaurants that are owned and operated by Resorts World. All others are independent.
A5 Wagyu is too rich as an American style steak. It is good for a few bites as an appetizer as it is so rich & filling. If you want an american style steak eating experience (10+ oz) then American or Australian Wagyu is the way to go.
Absolutely - 3 oz. of A5 Wagyu is usually more than enough for me.
No dessert?
First! đ
Boom đ„
strange its getting such bad reviews on google
The spotlights are Koi not sharks.
Awesome
first
That steak is on my list.
