- Sugar Candy Mountain is the perfect soundtrack to what you’d want to hear in a space desert elevator moving up-down-all-around. This power-psych rock group creates a kind of timeless wormhole you’ll want to float on and on in.
Lamp Light began as an annual house concert music festival in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In 2018 they expanded into public, more accessible spaces along Wealthy Street, including Wealthy Theatre. Overall their mission is to provide a model in which people may come together to engage with music, workshops, and creative collaboration. To cultivate inspiration, education, and enrichment of community.

Holy shit. There’s a lot of really good music out there that hasn’t been discovered. This is the best thing I’ve seen in a few years. I hope they are touring I’d like to go see them. She’s an amazing singer.
There is a lot of good music out there, but it seems to be hidden. I love SCM, and bands like The Holydrug Couple, Soviet Soviet, Psychic Ills, Mdou Moctar, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, etc., are all pretty incredible.
