She's nearly 400lbs at only 5'1 which is absolutely insane, in person she must look like a complete circle due to how short she is it must be quite shocking to see in real life which is very unfortunate and explains why she uses slimming filters on her videos. But for her to maintain the weight she's at she has to eat a ton of food a day so her excuses of "you don't know what I eat off Camera" is complete BS we can tell by her size that she eats just as much off camera as she does on camera.
I mean, we can SEE what she's eating off camera lol. She looks bigger every time I see her🤷

Yeah, I'm a chronic hypoglycemic and after you wipe your finger with an alcohol wipe you're supposed to let it dry for a minute fully before testing. I learned this at the hospital "I have to test myself several times a day every day"

The atherosclerosis in her arteries must be horrific. She’s had metabolic disease since she was young. She hasn’t mentioned being on a stain or a RAAs inhibitor(CV meds) yet. She needs metformin, a GLP1/GIP, a stain, a ARB/ACEi and inpatient therapy. No one can convince me that Foodie isn’t dealing with undisclosed trauma. It wouldn’t surprise me based on how she is with men, if she wasn’t SA’d as a child-teen.
Janumet dosages max is 2000mg. So no MD would tell her to increase to 3000mg.
That was VERY strange of her to say.
What happens at the 3000mg consumption?
It's limited for many reasons, one of which is potential kidney damage. She is playing stupid games. Her prize is in the mail.
Maybe the "sulfuric burps she talked about? Most people wouldn't be as reckless as she is to find out though 🤷

I 100% agree with you Sansa. She finished her wrap and fries as soon as she turned the camera off. I bet she didn’t even get up…. She said goodbye to us, turned the camera off, took a drink of her Pepsi 0 and then finished her meal. Then most likely she went to the kitchen to look for something sweet the cleans her palate.
She will out eat the meds and they will stop working. She also tests her blood soon after eating, and doesn't wait the two hours she should for accuracy. And what does it matter what she calls her overeating sessions, or what she eats off camera? Every time she eats on camera, she eats well over her daily limit for calories and sodium, and usually carbs. So even eating perfectly off camera (which, come on, it's Chantal) she is still WAY over her daily limits.
Exactly. Even if that is her one bad meal for the day it’s so bad that it is her whole day worth of food! And it’s always the worst option.

What's interesting, is that this grocery haul isn't like the normal ones. It doesn't seem like enough, and she normally has fruits, fresh veggies that I believe are normally for Salahs family and or a family in her apartment complex - just my speculation. She does normally have two grocery hauls though, something weird is going on.. again.
Also, she does watch her old videos back, but in a way that she misses the old days, she admitted it on Livestream a week ago, she kept going on about the old days and beezing, driving around.

Foodie's rant was so ridiculous! She also thinks her higher blood sugar is to be expected because she has Type 2 Diabetes. Wrong! The medicine may have brought her numbers down but she will never have optimal numbers without diet and lifestyle changes.

This is why follow up appointment's are important. She needs to be kept in reality and going to the doctors would help with that.
There's a possibility, since we think she is on a tourist visa, that the doctor gave her some meds and told her to follow up with her doctor at home.

Same, same, same... my 30 day experiment just to prove a friend soooo wrong (lol, eating those words now!!!) has turned into nearly 10 months. In every single way, mentally, physically, energy, sleep, weight.. have NEVER felt better. It's nuts imho, but works. Bloodwork never better either.. Crazy all the lies we've been fed to keep us buying, addicted, sick. Phew.

I think the "it's not a binge" claim is real. These are her light meals. We only see 15 minutes of her day. That's less than 2% of her time awake.

She won’t go back to the original doctor. She doesn’t want to hear what he may say about her not listening to anything he told her to do. This is the same reason why she never received any kind of diagnosis (including BED), she never stayed with a doctor in Canada long enough to receive the diagnosis. Chantal always knew better than the professionals that were trying to prevent all of the health issues from happening. I’ve never seen someone so hellbend on ending their own life with food
Each time she's been to a doctor in Kuwait it's been a different one. They've all told her about proper foods and portions. She just doesn't care.

When i was diagnosis with diabetic i had a 14mmol A1C. My doctor was horrified. That's over a 3 month timeframe. I got put on insulin and oral medications immediately. They signed me up for a diabetes education class. She's hit 24mmol I've never tested that high in a day after getting my diagnosis. Obviously idk before the diagnosis of my highest mmol since i only had a1c, but i am shocked she's so nonchalant about it now.

She should be wearing a continuous glucose monitor. It would really show her the dangerous levels & what carbs/sugar does to an out of control T2D. Repeatedly having high numbers messes with your stomach (it's not the meds but the combo of meds + what she keeps choosing to eat WITH them) your mood, energy, everything. She never will do what's right tho.
She needs a CGM and an insulin pump, but she's too lazy to use either properly.

Unfortunately Foodie is handling her T2 diabetes all wrong. Shocking, I know. Dosing her meds for what she eats instead of altering her eating habits to allow the meds to work properly. She will end up on insulin using this strategy and it will only get worse from there.
I appreciate the last clip you included. I have noticed that after most of her recent mukbangs she has a look of regret and defeat that comes over her face. She absolutely knows what a mess she has made of her body and health but refuses to really do anything about it.

I know this will sound goofy, but before I do my workout or put a meal plan together for the day, I recite three quotes that came from my favorite pro wrestler as a mantra:
1. Excuses are the nails that build a house of failure.
2. Do the work.
3. The pain of training hurts less than the pain of regret.

When I first had to start testing myself after I was diagnosed with type 2 yeah the first couple of times I did it I would flinch but then it didn't bother me at all and it has been years now so that is why I don't believe she test her blood sugar every day. jmo.
When I was diagnosed I weighed 176 . I bought me a food scale and I weigh everything I put in my mouth after several years of losing weight slowly I am 115 and I have been holding that weight for about 8 years now and I will never ever not take care of me and my diabetes because I have a husband of 36 years and 2 children and grandchildren. I want to be around for my family because I love them more than I love food.
My mom was diabetic and when I was a kid she let me test my blood sugar to see what it was like. It wasn't that bad, even for a kid. If she did it regularly she wouldn't be doing her dramatic yelling and dropping the glucometer 🙄
