This blue stuff is basically a fish cure all elixir. If your fish has an undiagnosed problem and is in a hospital tank, there is a good chance that this can help your fish get better. With exception to internal parasites/Protozoa and internal bacterial infections, there are few things that MB will not at least help with. I love this stuff. You should be able to, I used it with some neon tetras and cichlid fry with no problems
