This video was made by the manufacturer and yet they dont even have the understanding to respond to simple questions.

I just got one and it does make a good espresso, it takes a little while to make from room temperature but cmon the unit is small and works off batteries, you can have a good espresso anywhere you want, if you do have the ability to bring just a small thermos full of hot water then you can get that espresso much faster because there's no need to wait for water to get hot, I will be trying to use it through a wall outlet, I have the house cord that goes with it, so I will see if it heats room temp water quicker, thanks for doing the video 😊

Great until the little metal ring in the chamber breaks off, so its now unable to pierce the capsule. For quite an expensive item it lasted about 6 months being used on average less than once a day. The warranty they're so proud of is a joke as well, they'll just ignore you.

imagine a device that can only hold 1 cup of espresso before you need to add water again, so then you have to bring water with you too.. defeats the purpose. may as well just buy a flask and make coffee from that
