Thank you so much for taking the time to make these lists for budget and shadow Pokemon worth leveling. It was extremely helpful for me as a returning player from 2016. In 2016 I recognized all the Pokémon that were available but now there are many Pokémon that not only I haven’t heard of - because I only played up to 3rd or 4th gen back in the day - but I have no idea which ones were considered good. It was especially useful to see the comparisons of shadow Pokemon @30 vs other meta relevant Pokémon @40 and to learn from you that IV spread of shadow Pokémon is that last metric to consider when choosing one to level. It helped me a ton to be able to quickly build up decent raiding parties while being as efficient as possible with my stardust!

Would you consider doing a naming convention vid? I see you have a lot of shorthand (++, £, etc.) That would probably be really useful.
I really like these lists to make sure I'm using my dust as efficiently as possible! Rural player here! I also look forward to a gym defender list. Showing the different CP levels and maximum discouragement factor😁 (as I don't get out to place in a gym very often anymore)

Tbh, as defenders I mainly put low level Chanseys since they have HUGE HP stat and decline in that is very slow. But I must say, it works mostly to discourage other players from raiding gyms that are in more busy areas, where 1-2 battles aren't enough. Low CP Snorlax also is a pretty good option.

Yep, I love my hundo mamo and my shadow 15 attack mamo, so versatile, they have both charged moves (ofc avalanche and HIGH HORSEPOWER), so I just need to use 2 fast tms to change the duo from monsters Ice attackers to a monster ground attackers, soo good

Great video, really useful! 👍😎😊❤️ I wish I was better with numbers, I would like to figure out if I should spend a lot of dust on really leveling up a few Pokémon of every type and let the rest of the team be kind of weak, or building teams of six decent attackers of every type. 🙂 Not that having weak raid attackers is a problem for me, I usually don’t have any problem finding people to raid with and could run a team with Magikarps as long as the others make real teams, so to speak. 😅 But it’s fun to feel like I’ve been part of the reason the boss was taken down, so of course I want strong raid attackers. Especially if they are also good in Master League, so I love that you point out which Pokémon are very useful also for PvP. 😀

Dope vid Lucky, Zekrom needs Thunder Fang, hopefully it gets that Terrakion treatment, once Terrakion got double kick combined with sacred sword it became a whole beast, once Zekrom gets Thunder Fang combined with Fusion Bolt, it’ll be 11% stronger than Xurkitree

Shadow Gardevoir is crazy good. There aren't too many fairy type options, and Gardevoir is one of the top ranking Pokemon in that category (non-shadow)
It seems like a very future proof Pokemon. Even when shadow Togekiss comes out, I don't see it being drastically better.

What about Haxorus? I have a shundo that I got recently. Hope it will get a buff soon.
Haxorus has some play in the Master League. As a raid attacker though, it's not as good as the dragon types I mentioned in this video.
Will have to see what move it ends up getting when the Community Day eventually comes around.
Since I've missed Rhyperior's Community Day, what do you think about using it as Ground-type Raid attacker with Mud Shot + Earthquake alongside Garchomps?

15 attack IV is super awesome and it will be an awesome ground and dragon attacker and will be a awesome Mega!

I thought shadow electivire was one of the best electric type attackers are base zekrom and xurkitree?
I have a level 40 shadow dragonite with 15 attack, dragon tail, superpower, and dragon claw, and it takes out pretty much every grunt and every rocket boss on its own. for the rocket takeover, there were only a handful of times it fainted, and for most of the grunts i could usually get through 2 grunts before it needed a potion or revive. absolute beast
I got a 4star shadow torchic and unshadowed him ….
Literally just power up some shadow mamoswine, shadow Machamp, shadow Weavile, and shadow tyranitar, and you’ll be able to beat like half of raid bosses already

So I have 3 tyranitars. Do I devote all to dark or have one for rock?
If they are already Tyranitar, then go with dark since you would have to elite TM to get Smack Down.
For dark, the ideal moveset is Bite + Brutal Swing

What are the costs in stardust for lucky Pokémon and their levels.
For lucky Pokemon, it will be half the normal stardust amount.
So for example, Level 30 to power up would be 2500 dust instead of 5000

Shadow update will take some time. My full time job is in "busy season" right now, so I don't have much free time to produce content at the moment. Last year's video should still be a great reference though!

If you don’t play pvp. Don’t power up any fairy types. They aren’t good in raids besides using mega gard. Whatever has a fairy weakness also has other weaknesses that hit harder than fairy. So not worth spending dust on fairy!
That depends, for new players who didn't had the chance to raid for mewtwo (like me), having a nice fairy attacker (Gardevoir and Togekiss in my case) is so useful cuz fighting types are everywhere (gyms, grunts) and SO MANY raid bosses are partially dragons, so definetly seems good having a nice charm user, also for those who grind a lot during the fairy/dragon event, candies for those pokemons are not a big deal anymore

All are valid options. With the confirmed announcement of Primal Kyogre and Groudon though, I would probably go with those. This way you will also accumulate mega energy

People freak out about 98/100s but really, a best buddy 93 is just as strong as a non buddy hundo. You can spend a lot of time and money hunting for a perfect Pokemon, if you're into that kind of thing, but for me...a 93 is just as good as a hundo.
Is it worth maxing a 96% gengar? If not what level would u recommend leveling to? Tkss🙏🙏
What are the exact IVs? If it has 15 attack, then it would be a worthy consideration!
The Gengar I personally powered up to Level 40 was my lucky shiny 96% (15/13/15)
I also plan on taking this to Level 50 at some point.

If you paused at the right time, Mega Gengar is also really good as well 😉
You can use the Galarian birds for PvP, but for the raid/gym meta, they aren't that good compared to other options.

I would hold onto that hundo Rhyhorn for now and wait to see if they release Rock Wrecker again during an event this year.

I have a 98 Dialga and is perfect, I don’t agree with what you said or think cause depend also of the team your using.
Just double checked with some PvP friends, and you are correct! Sorry about that mix up, looks like the minimum IVs for Master League Dialga is 15/14/12. The best buddy boost is also very important for the mirror match!

Lucario was the number one choice for battling Giovanni's Persian. I have a 96% Terrakion at cp3445. I am not sure what level that is. Will this be better for Persian? I just got my first Riolu. Would trying to get Lucario be a waste of time and startust?
I personally like Lucario better for Rocket battles, because of Power-Up Punch.
While it's still a Riolu, make sure to give it a 2nd charge move, it will be much cheaper than when it's a Lucario.

Megas aren’t viable attackers, as using a mega that’s the same type as the pokemon you’re attacking and getting more XL candy is much more beneficial than a slightly more powerful team.
u can.after the boss dies, press cancel and change ur main mega. Having the "correct" type to beat a boss for mega is great cuz it boosts others damage.

I know you recommend all great attackers, but kinda meh title and no mentioning of Shadows.
Also, I would not suggest anyone really to power up Menectric at the time being since Ampharos will boost XL and candy for two typings. Menectric is kinda useless in that part but it's for sure better as an attacker but it wont last as long, in battle due to also being weaker stats and not a part Dragon which does give advantages and disadvantages.
btw, level 30 is not 90% of a Pokemon's power. it's more like 70-80%.
