If there's nothing written then nothing binding, therefore there's nothing thats agreed upon. If there's nothing that can be recalled verbatim then there's nothing that was agreed upon. We are wasting our time in a chinese pronouncement of an unwritten agreement that even the chinese can't prove to have happened and agreed upon.
