Another thing is that Scar became the king the moment Mufasa died and Simba ran away. Given that Simba didn't return until he grew to an adult, Scar would have slept with Sarabi (Simba's Mom), Sarafina (Nala's Mom), and possibly even Nala already. Then you go back and watch the scene where Simba and Nala finally reunite. While Simba was totally clueless, Nala was super suggestive, indicating that she has had experience before... okay, I'll see myself out.

An unknown, rogue lion wandered into the pridelands one day with a snake companion. Scar -- being an impulsive kid even before having literal brain rot -- went "No I think not" and disintegrated the two with his roar; Dooming himself to living with the poison, and getting his magic roar license revoked for murdering with it. TLDR: Scar was a magical girl until he got injected with dementia juice.
