Keep in mind, if thinking about buying interest in wells, that you are on the hook for plugging expenses, or any expenses incurred during the life of the well. This can include fixing a leaking casing, replacing pumps or tubing, or repairing/replacing production equipment. Also, the EPA is coming down with methane capture laws that will require storage tanks to capture and compress any gas that comes out of the separator when dumping.

Plugging and new epa laws make some low producing wells worthless.
First of all, thank you for a very useful video. So how do we get these free oil wells? With whom will we make the contract? For example, is there a chance to get 30-40 wells from the same operator for free? What is the daily average oil production of 30-40 wells? The most important question is, do we have a chance to find these wells in Texas? Or which region would you recommend for the wells?
