Use your legs and push her body. If they are only soft in the neck, then their entire body starts just kinda swerving everywhere. If you start with a small circle and push their ribcage out then the head and neck naturally want to bend (it's their way of keeping balance) but if you're just focusing on the neck, then you'll run into other problems with the rest of the body. ❤️
