Girl Scout - Live in Manchester. Run Me Over.

The first song from Girl Scout's set. Swedish band Girl Scout opened for Alvvays on their latest tour, and they were terrific. My only regret is that I didn't record more of this brilliant band.
Adorable Emma Jansson is a powerhouse of vocals and guitar - absolutely superb. She is complimented by Evelina Arvidsson Eklind on bass (and contributing vocals), Per Lindberg on drums, and Viktor Spasov on guitar.
I missed their recent gig at The Deaf Institute and dearly hope they revisit the UK soon.
