I was one of the few D.VAs in this video that made her outfit. No, the Junkrat's leg was not amputated, and yes it's okay for an overweight girl to dress however she pleases. Be offended. It's not up to you to tell her how to dress.

Half of the cosplays were D.va but I'm giving props to the junkrat cosplay by that one girl
Usually these cosplay things have a lot of different people - the camera director goes over to them and says "Can you pose for a second?" Then there's a little fun as they make a silly in-character pose, then the camera moves on to find more cosplay.
This was a bunch of people gathered in a random location and trapped there, forced to dance and interact to fill a 2 minute video worth of cosplay between them.
Genji, Reinhardt and Hanzo were the best

Get rid of "Team Dad" 76, get rid of that fucking Doritos eating D. Va, and get rid of anyone else who dressed like the fucking fandom's creations, and you have yourself some pretty good cosplay.
