We dedicated an entire cheat day to only eating dairy products and seeing if our lactose-tolerant digestive systems can either meet their limit or continue on their indestructible paths!
Focusing every fast food, grocery and chain restaurant order on dairy products that seem to have the greatest affect on the lactose intolerant crowd, we paired our dairy-digesting abilities with our skills of consuming ludicrous amounts of calories in a 24 hour time period to, quite literally, “see what happens”, lol.
While we may cause some secondhand tummy rumbling here, we hope y’all are able to have a bit of a laugh and enjoy watching this newest episode of our eating show.

I didn’t know what cream cheese until I got a job in a restaurant and had my first bite of pumpkin spice cream cheese. Ate the whole tub in an hour. Def felt insanely sick and wanted to throw up for two days! Idk how you guys do these challenges! So much dairy... your stomachs must be reinforced with something stronger than mine!

How do these guys stay in shape? Like I know it's probably a mix of fasting, insane calorie deficits, and a few hours of cardio but I'd still like to know exactly how they do it
I mean, ya answered it 😅 Exercise a lot, eat a little. The further you get from a day like this, the more you can increase food and be more balanced. Lot easier now when we’re uploading less frequently

I’m extremely lactose intolerant and have been for over 30 years after getting a horrible case of salmonella poisoning, but I can tell you the more dairy you consume can actually trigger lactose intolerance, according to a gastrointestinal doctor I know.
