Im planning to explore Srilanka this year with my mother. I was wondering where you stored your luggage while travelling between cities?
We had our luggage with us in our Tuktuk whenever we would move from one place to another and check in :)

No doubt that you spent a wonderful day with nice up and down train rides.
But can you please summarise in just 2 plain sentences what your hack is?
Instead of getting the 7 hour journey from Kandy to Ella to experience the train ride. We got a 1 hour journey from Nanu Oya to Hatton to experience much of the same views for less money and time.
A good hack if you have a 1 year old baby.
@@FieldofVisions 1 hr is definitely better than 7 hrs. And for foreigners this 1 hr includes the experience of riding the train while the door is open, interacting with local travellers etc. 😁🤭 So it might be 50% the experience as well.
But for locals, the attractions on the way matter a lot. So I guess it is not much worthy for locals to consider as a hack.

@@mcalexy2k right, a hack is also cheap alternative, which is what this ride was. It passes through part of the journey and you get to experience a short portion of what is a very long train journey. It’s give the option to people that otherwise wouldn’t have known this and having a 1 year old and sitting through a long journey on a train can be quite stressful to manage at times.
So yes it is a nice little hack.
