We've been conceding barely anything of late, and our defense is solid as ever. We are playing like shit and not scoring enough goals, so we need attackers as well as defenders. Having another quality winger would allow us to play 433 with Memphis and Di Maria on either wing. We would be fluent going forward, and, as we've seen when we've played 433 earlier this season, we'd be solid defensively.
The Dutch Ronaldo!! Without the headers, this boy sure is something special. Like the strengths and weaknesses suggest. His shooting is unreal and so is his ability to be beat a man. Like Ronaldo though he does take shots sometimes when it's best to pass. I think this will come with age though. He really has it all he is super strong on the ball too. I heard Spurs were interested, I as a fan of the Prem would love to see him at any team. Its only a matter of time surely.

He is good at them, but Ronaldo is on another level, I am aware he scores headers mate. But it isn't a main attribute like it is for CR7. By the looks of it you just wanted to comment something negative.

Depay definitely. Strootman's career is basically over due to his knee injury. Kondogbia over Schneiderlin if you we are going to sign a holding mid (younger and has potential to be much better), if a box to box player then we should sign Andre Gomes.
Dybala/Lacazette? I wouldn't sign a striker tbh. RvP is getting old and I think we should sell him. Falcao is too expensive for his quality now. Maybe bring back Chicha from RM? The striker options would be Rooney/Wilson/Chicha. Good enough for me. If we are going to sign Dybala or Lacazette, then that means Wilson will be benched. I think we should give him more chances to show what he is capable of.
A world class RB & CB? No need for a CB in my opinion. Yeah, you heard me. The problem this season hasn't been the defenders, we have simply lacked a proper holding mid to cover. Rojo is excellent and Smalling has been decent. We also have McNair, Jones and Blackett. Enough quality for me. But yeah, a good RB is needed. Should get rid off Rafael, as much as I like him, he is simply too inconsistent and injury prone unfortunately. We should sign Clyne and Valencia would be our back-up RB.

ClassyDimitar I think that we don't need to get Depay because Nani is on loan, and he will be back in the summer and he is going back to his old days in form ... We should get a CB to make partnership with Rojo, a RB like Danilo from Porto, a criativity midfielder and a CDM what do you think? A criativity midfielder is very important to create chances and to assist the strikers.
kidmane6 Nani is already like 29. Maybe he will get back on form, but we need to sign young players for the future. Depay has got potential to be much better than Nani.
A creative midfielder? We have Herrera, Blind and Mata, all of them are creative. Need to just play them more together.
And like I said, I don't think we need a CB. Just would trust on Smalling, McNair and Jones as partners of Rojo.
As a RB... yeah, someone like Clyne or Danilo. And I would actually sign a strong holding midfielder, but I believe LvG won't. He wants to have Blind in the starting eleven and he is playing as our holding mid.
ClassyDimitar you are right about Schinerdelin and Kondogbia. We still do need a forward like Dybala/Lacazette who can unlock defence. Our strikers this season hardly take risk to beat an opponent, only person who does that is Wilson. Wilson could play in League Cup matches or FA Cup and get a few games in BPL before he could cement his spot. He still need a lil more time to develop. Depends on LVG plans for him.
We do a need a one more world-class CB like Varane/Hummels and sell off Evans. Smalling is still error prone and so is Jones. You're right about rafael. We do need to replace him with someone like Clyne/Coleman/Danilo.

I'm sorry I dont get the fuss is over him. I guess he has a good strike on him and pace/power but thats all I've got from him when I'e watched him play. people will list his stats but some of the defending and goalkeeping in that league is truly shocking and it helps that he is in a team that is like the equivalent of bayern in the german league. I might be wrong but I dont feel he will be nearly as good in the premier league and I know some will disagree but I also rate sterling's overall game much higher than him from what I've seen of both players.

pass accuracy 80%, chances created 66, goals scored 7, shot accuracy 54%, assists 8.
compared with memphis depay
pass accuracy 74%, chances created 56, goals scored 21, shot accuracy 46%, assists 4.
So from that alone your opinion seems bullshit as apart from having more goals, sterling is the better passer, better at shooting on target, creates more chances and has set up more goals than depay and he's playing in a far superior league for a team that are underperforming. If you think sterling is overrated then what does that make depay seeing as you seem to rate him so highly. In fact if it shows anything it's that depay is the one who is truly 'meh' in all other aspects of his game apart from having a good right foot shot
callum ramsey You probably haven't seen Memphis playing once this season, have you?
Their playstyles are completely different, I can tell you that. Depay is a powerful and fast winger with a great shot, while Sterling is better in tighter space. Sterling = a creative dribbler, Depay = a powerful goalscoring winger.
Depay shoots often outside the box, hence his shot accuracy is rather poor. But you're just clueless if you state that Sterling has a better shot on him.
Again, Sterling's passing success rate is better, but he doesn't do that often long passes, like Depay does. Sterling is more creative, but I wouldn't say his actual passing is better. Like how much he puts weigh on them and such.
Depay's average rating this season according to whoscored = 7.81. Sterling = 7.21. As you said they play in different leagues, so that isn't really comparable. But I think Depay is well suited for pl with his great physicality.

I think United should buy another winger for 3 reasons:
1. In case he is absolutely dire for another season we have an alternative
2. To give him some more competition because I believe in him too but he lacks motivation
3. He can clearly score goals so maybe he needs to be moved upfront or behind the striker, think how well he linked up with Rooney there when Van Gaal kept tinkering with players positions.
