I think the fact that Henry Francis wouldn't fight him sober the morning after or any time after answers the question that Francis wasn't confident he would win

To be fair i thought he was born in the 50s, so your absolutely right on his age difference, but Henry did fight both Bartley and bootsey that night and won, also in the jimmy stockings fight there was refs there during the fight and Henry was on his own, Jimmy's tooth had to be pulled out Henry's left hand at the hospital. which caused a very bad infection in his hand, worth noting that Henry was good with both his hands and head, would often use either, but won many fight with just his hands.

1) The funeral youre talking about was Bartleys brother and A fight (not the one you claim) began because papers had printed Bartley as saying hed beat any McGinley or Rooney man alive. He was pulled on this by Dan Rooneys brother John and an argument about who would win between BG and Aney broke out. Bartley was walking to the bar walked back and said to Ned McGinley fuck it I woupd knock Aney and Dan clean out not realising Neds brother John Rooney was getting off his chair and smashed him in side of the mouth. 2 of the best men in Uk and Ireland Bartley and John fought for over 20 minutes for "the title" and John broke Bartleys face up with a Saddle ring but he ended up giving best after a barnburner of a fight. They scheduled a fight for the coming days were both would be sober and Bartley wouldnt have one quiet friend with him he'd have his cousins the Fury's including the man Bartley believed was the best traveller man Big John Fury, Tysons father.
Henry Francis was from another era he was around 27 when Bartley was far older and the only part og your story thats correct is Henry once did challenge Bartley but the fight never took place as there was a significant age gap and Bartley died shortly after.
As for Henry Francis vs Dan Rooney or Aney McGinley etc i couldnt tell you but knowing all 3 men i would have bet my house on Dan finishing him in 8 minutes and Aney either beating him or theyd fight to a draw. I cannot name one GREAT man Henry fought but i do know 2 challenges he refused and there wasnt decades between them like him and Bartley the two guys he refused were no more than 5 year younger. 1 was a great Sweeney man from Ireland and one was 1 was a certain Mr Charles Salvador or you may kniw him by Charlie Bronson.

Known henry francis 30 years he lives in pinxton Nottinghamshire. He's no bare knuckle fighter always picks his fights usually when he has back up. He's been beat and knocked out many times .most of the fights are just made up stories and lies.
