Hello, @Sharmila Mohammad. Period pain is often severe, but the monthly mustn't be a damnation.
I'm a nurse, from a lot of years I'm studying the prevention of the strong period pain, never "natural", but easy avoidable and you can do a lot to prevent your pain by means of an easy method of progressive thermal stimulation, instead of suffer each time.
I will give you the description of this method, if you like, very glad to help you overcome your suffering
