Sanford is an amazing shooter but in this video he’s making most of his shots very easy on himself. Not exaggerated enough space separation even though it’s just workouts. Those shots are not NBA game shots compared to the ones Daron is taking.

Holmes looks like he has a good NBA body

Holmes lacks fluidity in his movements on offense. It looks like he's deliberating his way through getting to a spot, then mechanically loading up for the shot. His impact is going to be on defense, rim-running, and catch-and-shoot threes for a while.
