this song nearly brought me to tears the first time i saw the video. the fact that he's fought his way back to being able to do this again is an inspiration. can't wait to hear what the rest of the album sounds like if this is going to lead to that...which i really hope it does.

I had the same reaction as you - chaotic, sounds good, heavy, good song. I live in Bhm, AL so these are my local guys, been a fan since the beginning. Then I listened with headphones 5-6 times, and looked at the lyrics. Now it’s grown on me a LOT, and the song structure makes a lot more sense.
Dallas is a good friend of mine. This was huge for me as well. He's one of the best dudes I've ever had the privilege of calling a friend. This song gave me goose bumps from the start. So heavy. I could tell you stories for days about when he sang for Underoath. Love your channel. Keep doing what you're doing🤘

I had no idea until this video the singer was injured. I loved this one - I saw them when they first started and I am truly happy they are still making music. I liked the Norma Jean nod because I got the same vibe.
My favorite band is back with a banger! It is so, so, SO GOOD!!!!!!! I had tears in my eyes listening to it.
Dallas taylor was also the vocalist for underoath for their first 3 albums.
I saw Maylene years back when they opened up for Haste the Day. I remember Dallas going into the bathroom and he continued to perform. It was a small club so he could take the mic anywhere. They were such an energetic band. Glad to see them back!
Got really emotional the first time I heard it. They were such a big part of my teenage years. Absolutely love the song and can’t wait for the album.

Not all the same people, but just as good (and just as nice!). Saw them again for their comeback show in Tampa and they mostly played their older songs which got everyone singing along. The energy was incredible. So good to have them back!
I just saw them last night for their first show back and they killed it. This song sounds much better live in my opinion, it was still heavy but didn’t feel as chaotic.

I also have fond memories from one of their shows. they were with Norma Jean, Underoath and The Chariot. My friend lost his shoe in the pit and next thing we know its flying back and forth around the venue LOL. Living in Florida the shows would get quite hot so they always throw water bottles in the crowd...my face fell victim to 2 of them. FUN TIMES!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!

No, I believe because of the accident something happened to his tear ducts and they don’t create moisture, so having it exposed dries it out so badly that it could send him blind in that eye. I may not be exactly correct on that, but that’s along the lines. He spoke about it on his Instagram.
