Hey, great video. Very informative and to the point. I love your work shirt. I have one in the same condition. I wear it everytime I work on my house. Thank you for the video. I will be doing my stove now that I've watched your video. I gave this video a gigantic thumbs up. 👍👍

Not everyone is happy to use electrical tape and plastic wire twist ties when they are placed so close to electric hotplates. It's safer to use ceramic wire twist connectors and shrink wrap that wont melt and make a almost water proof covering around the connections. I haven't watched all of the video, but I hope you lay the connectors along the wire and not have them sticking out at a 90 degree angle from the wire, placing them closer to the other hotplates. Like the use of the wire stripper to bare the wires. Lots better than using a knife or pliers. Wish we could get the same parts for your prices in Australia! (Were you pay $6, we have to pay $26!)

Our parts store are overpriced here as well. I just learned a long time ago to order what you can online and tough out the break downs. It's worth it.

I've looked all over the place for those 'clips' that go on chrome drip pans (aka: drip bowls) to hold the element in the drip pan's notch. Tried to buy drip pans (via Amazon) with those clips but was lied to and ended up with drip pans without the clips.
If the only way I can get those clips is to buy drip pans that have them, I will.
Any help you can offer to point me in the right direction will be appreciated.
    Thank you..

My problem is none of my burners are working

Is it electric or gas? Its unusual for all to be nonworking on electric as each has its own wiring harness and conection block for the burner element. If it is electric raise the top as if to clean, inspect for mice damage.

Do not do your own electrical work. If you burn down your house you wont get insurance.

This is not electrical work. This is appliance repair. Have you ever had an appliance repair guy in your house. Some flunkie that took a few weeks training with the company that is hired by big box stores. Last guy showed up to work on my dishwasher smelled like pot. No thanks on casing the house.

@@mommymilestones taking your own risk is one thing, telling others they can do it is another, especially with high current cuicutes, crazy. Repairers should be properly trained. Its also ilegal

Bought a thousand dollar stove from Lowes. They installed. Started smelling electrical issues. Found that my stove wire was not tightened when installed. Took off the old wire myself, went to Lowe's and received new wire and installed it myself.
