Pan Yu Ling being added is extra surprising!! hokuto.fandom.com/wiki/Pan_Yuling The anime series of Fist of the Blue Sky didn't do the manga version justice. Everyone prefers the manga of Souten no Ken than the anime. Though with Hokuto no Ken, most prefer the original anime which actually expands and improves the plot and adds more characters and great fights.

Jojo literally ripped off of all of these characters, these guys were made in 1983.
I thought they're the same character and Yuria changed him, but nope they're different character.
The First is Kenshiro Kasumi and he is 62nd succseor of hokuto. And action of his adventure is going in 193X if I rember correctly. There is manga and anime of his adventure called Souten no Ken or Fists of The Blue Sky

Eventually they'll have to put in characters from the Shin Kyuuseishu Den films and Gaiden mangas. Oh lord... what if they include Gary Daniels Kenshiro for the live action film's 30th anniversary?
