- I cannot rank goal songs due to copyright. This has been requested since the beginning of 2017 when I started on CZcams and my answer is the same, sorry I can't do it because of copyright.
- I didn't notice that Colorado and Vegas had the same horn or basically the same horn. I never listened to them back-to-back to be honest.
The thing about goal horns....you need the crowd reaction, the energy in the building, the music....all of those things complete what a goal horn is
As well as things like the cannon for the blue jackets and fire shooting from Phillies scoreboard and things like that for other teams.
Hearing the yes yes yes chant at the coli is something to behold

Fun fact, when the Flames score fire shoots out from the jumbotron and you can feel the heat hitting your face from the seats

Honestly Dallas's horn is just beautiful. the tone and the harmony between the horns themselves just hits. Think of it like you're ascending to the stars with every goal

I like it when the horns are arranged to make a chord, for example the Penguins' goal horn is an A-flat Major chord while the Kings is an E-flat Minor

Fun fact the panthers horn is actually damaged. When the horn was being shipped from the old Miami Arena to the Amerant Bank Arena, one of the bells got damaged resulting in this tone
The fact that you ranked Vegas and Colorado anywhere but back to back and the fact that Tampa, St. Louis and Toronto aren't close together testifies to just how oddly, randomly specific your rankings truly are!

1. LA goal horn is severely underrated. (Possibly because I’m a huge Bills fan and they play the same exact horn on opposing teams’ 3rd down)
2. Vegas could’ve gotten so creative, but chose to copy a western rival. I still can’t fathom why

Solid list! My preference is different and I have my biases so I had a different list. The one thing that confuses me is not having teams like Vegas and Colorado and also Buffalo and Nashville where the horns sound so similar the only difference is the number of blasts or a siren. But I do love this video it opened my eyes to see that a few teams that I previously though had very different sounding horns sounds very similar without the added sounds
The acoustics in Vegas are different than Colorado so they sound slightly different and it sounds like buffalo removed a horn or something. Slightly different sound

If you think the Flames goal horn is good in this video you should hear it during a playoff game! It’s absolutely Bananas! They give it like 5 pulls and the building is going wild!
They have 2 sets of horns. Each set has 4 trumpets or bells. They use all 8 during playoffs.
The Old Chicago Stadium and the Buffalo Auditorium were Originaters the Goal Horn. They will always be the best in my mind.

I feel I could replicate Montreal and Ottawa's goal horns if I found the right car. I've always been lukewarm to the Flames goal horn... perhaps because I've heard it in person and it typically meant that bad things were happening. I tend to like the more train-style horns, but I gotta say that Nashville's horn has some power to it.

I grew up in a landlocked city and definitely prefer horns that sound more like a train rather than a boat. I assume there’s a nostalgic component to my preference.

I may love the Blue Jackets themselves but...Yeah 31 is a fair ranking for Jackets, when you don't have the cannon backing it up. Also Calgary's I would agree, it's a lovely multi-tonal one. Maybe a tie with Dallas for me since it's got a lovely multi-tonal without sounding like a vuvuzela choir like Nashville's.

You can't tell me that Detroit's horn is better than half of the league when their horn isn't even a real horn, it's a recording of a horn.
