    Nargisi Koftay
    Ingredients for koftay Mixture:
    Beef mince 1 kg
    Onion 1 1/2 cups
    Green chilies 4-5
    Green Coriander 1 cup
    Ginger pods 3-4
    Garlic clove 3-4
    Roasted Chana Powder 1 cup
    Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Turmeric 1/2 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Cumin powder 1 tbsp
    Melted butter 1/4 cup
    Boiled Eggs 3-4
    Ingredients for Masala:
    Oil 1/4 cup
    Onion paste 1 cup
    Tomato puree 1 cup
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tbsp
    Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Cumin powder 1 tbsp
    Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Water 1 cup
    Directions:
    1. In a chopper add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander Chop it well then add the beef mince and, roasted chana powder, poppy seeds, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and cumin powder. now add melted butter, Mix it well until the mince become soft.
    2. Now take a boiled egg coat it with the prepared mince and deep fry it for 1-2 minutes.
    3. In a preheated pan add oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute then add tomato paste and cook it for 1-2 mins.
    4. Now add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, chili flakes, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook it well then add yogurt and cook until the oil separates.
    5. Now add water and koftay in it cover and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
    6. Your Nargisi Koftay is ready.
