I wish LEGO would make a medieval modular line, basically make a new Medieval themed building akin to the Ideas Medieval Blacksmith. But my wallet severely disagrees with me 😂

My favourite subtheme might be extreme team. Right in my childhood and definitely reeked of early 2000s MTV/X-games which I loved when I was a kid.
Only had a couple small sets, but loved the crazy colours they used and wild styling
Also totally agree with you both - Star Wars is the only film that holds up on its own and is a complete story arc (makes sense since it was the first one, but still)
I saw Ween open for the Flaming Lips once, and it was the best show I’ve been to.

The Bumblebee movie is the only "live action" Transformers movie I really liked. I was very much into the toy-line and the comics back in the 80's and early 90's
I'm not into Ninjago but there is a good change that I'll get the Dragon Rising set, it really looks good. The modular sets are tempting as well but I have manged to keep my cool 😅
#BAT My favorite Lego Sub theme is Blacktron II. They were the first sets I received as a kid. Recently I noticed that the Blacktron II sets were sold with two different box designs. They started with the yellow Legoland boxes, but the sets that I have changed over to all black boxes that say Lego System. Do you know when this box design change occurred? Did any other themes straddle this change? Are either box design more sought after than the other?
Would the Architecture sets be a Sub-Theme of LEGO Builder/Creator? I'm confused. I remember staring at the Architectural sets at Barnes & Noble all the time because they seem to fit in with the Barnes & Noble upper crust store image! I had just watched on Saturday morning the Shytime interview with Dan Siskind and I love it when people talk about the different eras of LEGO and even the original websites of LEGO fandom. I wish you could make a video where you would show at least a few images of what some of those websites look like today versus what you remember. I was only on the world wide web in March 2000 and I looked at very little about LEGO anything (other than MOCs for Star Wars and Robotech/MechWarrior) plus I didn't have an email until just about 10 years ago and I'm not very social online so my LEGO hobby really was closeted. That's a little difficult for people to understand sometimes so that's why I'm so foreign even to the LEGO community these days, IMO. LOL 😆 I remember seeing a leaked image of the new Superman suit on a CZcams entertainment channel (they mostly talk about Disney) and the live stream guests were debating if they were going to add some CGI work to the new Superman suit based upon the image.🤔
