How da hell is she allowed to prosecute like this??!!..She is always arguing with the judge and defense team, she needs to stop being so hostile and angry. In all my year's of watching court room trials I have never come across a D.A that is so disrespectful to the court and other advocates! She needs to be addressed about her behaviour!..So disappointing to watch.

Day 62? Wow I've never been involved with a trial but with this length of a trial common sense tells me the defense is doing a thorough job while the prosecution and court are figuring it out as they go. This is a circus 🎪

I don't like how this judge allowed the prosecution and defense to act in this court case. He had little control over his courtroom. If he did have power, it occurred after "schoolyard" shouting matches and outright disrespect for the court. I do not know how GA does things, but setting a standard for conduct comes first before you submerge into a court case. Sad, just sad.
You know that jury is sick of this fiasco the judge takes way to many breaks idk if he is a smoker or something but it’s ridiculous if anything it’s his fault

In my trial in the US district court for the northern district of Georgia he met on several locations without informing me with the judge in Chambers and that's the night be my right to be present at every stage of my trial. A proceeded with omitting or intentionally failing to introduce 81 pieces of exculpatory evidence which included failing to introduce my passport that showed that I was not even in the country to have committed the alleged crimes between obvioused 29 and September 9th 2002.
